Okay, I’m going to update more , but just wanted to say this quick . Ran a little yesterday For the first time in YEARS and it felt like I have already been running. Today I ran on the treadmill doing it somewhat HIIT style . I was able to hold a 5.8-6.3 pace for around 5-15 mins. I also randomly hit an 8.1 speed! I don’t even run . Ran cross country from 7Th - freshman year . Wasn’t to shabby but it’s literally been years
