Unanswered Supps for reducing fat gain from sugar

As the title says. Besides using a GDA and water would there be any options out there in terms of supplements to reduce fat gain from sugar? - Thanks.

Ha like said above its better to just decrease your sugar intake rather than try and add in a supplement to solve the problem.

your Best bet is a gda that you said you don’t wanna use, but either way diet trumps everything. Sugar is horrible for you, and although it can be utilized strategically for performance or anabolism (post workout or for refeeds), for the most part it’s best to simply cut it out as much as possible or entirely.

Cinnamon effects sugar if I am correct. This is not a GDA technically.

If you're struggling with sugar intake, and cravings, this could be a sign of elevated cortisol.

Sustain Alpha is probably the most effective cortisol product on the market...helps eliminate the stress related cravings, and can also mitigate some of the blood sugar issues instigated by cortisol.

Another products you may find interesting, Invictus...this not only helps with blood sugar, but also has other benefits in testosterone boosting and estrogen control.

Or a sign of high insulin levels. Too much sugar will undoubtedly raise insulin levels and depending on how much sugar intake, it may cause hyperinsulinemia and eventually insulin resistance.

No supplements will do remotely what the OP is looking for.

Fibrates and metformin will to some extent, but still not going to do much.

This is such a silly question. GDA’s can help your body utilIze sugar and other carbs better but no, if your consuming more than you’re burning you will gain fat

Invictus or reduce xt would be two cortisol control supplements to try out for sure.

To eleborate on my earlier post, some supps can help with your goal but only oharms can be used for refeed/cheat meal damage control (bezafibrate and metformin before meal).

If you can source the actuves to make a home brewed Phenogen, I would say that (along with GDA and sesamin) is best. Maybe with RPN's Brite for nice synergy, but again, tgis isnt stuff you can use acutely.

A Phenogen homebrew and Sesamin would be good, dunno where to source the raws for Phenogen tho.

Sesamin isnt widely available any longer, either.

RPN's Brite does have sesamin/sesamol in it but dunno how much, @dsade is pretty tight lipped about this. Sent homeboy a PM, taggeg him in 2 tgreads last week, haven't heard a peep from Matt.

Where's the love for the old school Avant/M&M homies at, Matt ?

White kidney bean extract is highly rated for inhibiting 50-60% of complex carbs from breaking down into simple carbs when taken right before eating. I don't think there is anything for blocking simple sugars other than just limiting the intake of it altogether.
