As the title says. Besides using a GDA and water would there be any options out there in terms of supplements to reduce fat gain from sugar? - Thanks.
Cinnamon effects sugar if I am correct. This is not a GDA technically.

Invictus or reduce xt would be two cortisol control supplements to try out for sure.
White kidney bean extract is highly rated for inhibiting 50-60% of complex carbs from breaking down into simple carbs when taken right before eating. I don't think there is anything for blocking simple sugars other than just limiting the intake of it altogether.
