Supps for MMA

Ok guys i just started MMA and lets just say i got my ass kicked. What are some good staples outside of protein and creatine that you like to use to increase endurance or whatever may help you get through the rigorous training?

I was hoping ud chime in! Thanks a ton bro. Ive got 3 of those at home already, and hoping to pick up the rest. Its a much different style of training then what im used to. Obviously i was a body builder and now building as my trainer calls it "fight muscle" is much different. I will still be training but now im going for power and agility along with a nice lean physique.

I dont think its so much the focus its the endurance for me. Endurance sucks for me. Ill get through it, its just gonna be tough for me mentaly and physicaly. Changing how i am to an all new style.
 
Muscle fiber adaptation takes a while. Learning to relax is also very important.

No kidding, my teacher has noticed this with me n one of my friends. Since we weight trained for so long were so used to straining, he says we need to loosen up.

BTW, i hate bamboo sticks. :rant:
