Supps and cold medicine

I've come down with a pretty bad cold recently. Currently taking drive, powerfull, creatine, BA, CM and rotating pwo's between enhanced, alphamine, and jack3d advanced. Any ingredients potentially harmful if mixed?

I would imagine that nasal decongestants and any stims are not a good combo. Made this mistake and had high blood pressure and terrible headaches. I believe DMAA is a nasal decongestant so it could replace otc ones
