How long after using Suppress-C on the tops of my feet do I have to wait prior to putting socks on ?

also on the bottle it says inside upper are where excatly does it mean inside bicep ?

It seems to dry in a couple of minutes for me.

Why the top of your feet?

I've been using it inside my thighs as recommended. I assume the locations CEL recommends are because the inside of your thigh and upperarm have large arteries close to the surface. Thus acting as favorable locations for a transdermal.

With some of the other topicals I use I was running out of space so decided top of feet.

I use Dermatherm on my abs and Formestane on my chest so I couldnt use it there. But inside bicep will work

Gotcha...Inside bicep is actually my fav spot
 
thats a new one? The only transdermal Ive used was CELS Formestane and I rubbed it on my forearms and bicep area close to arm pit. As well as chest but feet..... hope it worked amigo

Tops of feet work great for me.:D If you look closely, there are a lot of veins and arteries in the feet, making it really ideal for transderm delievery.:thumbsup:
