Most people don't need anything, test isn't hard on your body the way orals are. Usually blood pressure and cholesterol are still hit, but not as bad as with orals.

Unreal Machine is right. Injectable gear is generally much easier on the body. i usually run Milk Thistle, Fish Oil, multivitamin, protein, etc. Nothing crazy and I use most of them just because they are dirt cheap.
I would definitely have something on hand just in case you start to feel as if you are getting gyno when ur on cycle. That would be my main concern especially if you are going to be taking a good amount of test/week.
