Supplements & Travel

Sean1332

Legend
So I work 2 days on and 2 days off, so my supplements are always going back and forth. Instead of always packing up the bottles, I've pre-scooped the servings I'll need for 2-3 days into zip lock bags. My wife calls them my cocaine bags. Anybody have any better alternatives???

I saw the Load and Go funnel at NP. I do not have any first hand experience with it.

When I go through airports my supps will be in original packaging only. Do not want a problem.

I have a couple load and go funnels and love them! Dunno about protein in them, fits like a scoop of shock therapy and probably half serving of assault...

I use an empty NUUN container for bcaa's(holds around 8 to 10 grams ). Any running store sales a few different brands that come in these containers or you can pickup a container similar at the grocery store on the medicine aisle. They sell an alka-seltzer type of cold medicine(might be Cold-eeze brand). These containers seal pretty tight and i've never had an issue with leaking. Downside is they're too small to use for protein powders or anything larger than a roll of quarters.
