Supplements to reduce weight loss when inactive?

I just had a surgery in my neck, and won't be able to lift for the next 2-3 weeks. This even ****ed up my ABE + ArA stack :/

Can you guys recommend any supps that can potentially limit loss of LBM in this period?

Keep Cal's at maintenance is your best option right now. Don't sweat this small break and come back fighting

Thanks, that's what thought also, just wondering if there are any supps specifically for this.

I will come back fighting, already ordered a lot of stuff including ABE, EP, X-Gels, ALCAR, Agmatine and Alphamine :P

EDIT: And also DS Frenzy, i simply have to try it after Craze. A bit sceptical about this one though.

Given that you just had surgery, I would recommend just rest and recovery man.

2-3 weeks for neck surgery??? That is the best you could have hoped for! What specifically did they do if you don't mind me asking. I had a surgery a few years back that went flawlessly but I was still advised not to lift for 6 weeks. I was more worried about fat gain than weight loss, but was very happy to get back into it after the 6 weeks.

I had a swollen lymph node removed.

rest and recover....2-3 weeks isn't all that bad and could be beneficial for the rest of your body anyway, muscle memory is an amazing thing

like rip said though for calorie purposes mass gainz is something simple to keep the calories up

Ya, 2-3 weeks isn't bad.

If you're bed-ridden for months then we can talk...
