Supplements to help VO2 Max/Keep Heart Rate Low

Well, title says it all. I'm a race car driver these days so I've tailored my program to increasing my VO2 max, but wouldn't mind taking supps to help out too.

Peak02 can improve VO2 Max. Not sure if it will actually make a difference for race car driving though. Worth a shot I guess.

I wouldn't even bother with PEAK02, compound solutions cut corners in my opinion for not implementing or creating a full strain cordycep blend that can be utilized to work synergistically with militaris (even if they did I still wouldn't have use it)...they added 5 other mushrooms instead. I wouldn't be surpised if PEAK02 is sourced raws from China unlike the cordycep strains from Millennium Sport which are created here in the US.

Corydgen V02 ultra also has killer adaptogens added to it as well the athlytes electro blend....again PEAK02 can't hold a candle to anything in the MST lineup.

Other option is Cordygen Nano Elite which has Actigin which is an unbelievably awesome compound.

I haven’t tried MTS Corydgen V02 before. You do make it sound like it’s worth the money though!

Not an accident. It's meant to be dosed only on workout days.

All workout days? I would love to dose on days I do cardio or endurance training, I wouldn’t need it for the weights.

Definitely use it on endurance days then. I would make sure to dose it 4-5x a week though.
