Generally, how long after a meal and/or protein shake would it be safe to consider having an "empty" stomach? Just wanted to get some opinions as many supps have this recommendation.
Food digestion is longer process than you may think it is but I would consider 2-3 hours after eating safe, depending on the density of the food you consumed.
