true. ive been looking at creatine on the muscles, and it seems as it only really works on the fast twitch fibers, so maybe a sprinter would benefit

Creatine has multiple benefits...
It's one of the most used and believed in supplements in sports history, with many test and studies done that proves it works. It's a staple for most.

Never done much cardio in the past (once a month if I was lucky) but I need to test again soon and I want my time to be better and not feel like shyt when I'm done so any advice on any endurance sups, breathing techniques or what ever could help me run/do cardio more efficiently and not be last would be great; Cause looking good dont mean shyt out there you got to be able to move & quick.

Improving your cardiovascular fitness re running specifically will help. You can do this with sprints, as already suggested. Just running mileage will also help. As well as just going out and running the distance (or slightly further than) you have to test over and just doing it as fast as you can. Making sure your running technique is good will also benefit you.

Re supplements, Drive by Applied Nutriceuticals is the best product I have personally used re endurance and speed endurance. The next best thing I would recommend is Cre-02 by Millennium Sport Technologies - also a creatine product, so that benefit there too.

So today I had to do some police physical testing. On top of not working out much in the last 2-3 weeks, my allergies kicking my ass (main culprit) and over all just being tired from lack of sleep, I didn't do a good job.

I had to run half a mile in 5 minutes of less, which I completed it but I was dead last with a fat guy who doesn't even lift. Not a fun time at all. It's a wake up call to take cardio more seriously (which would also help me in burning cals which would burn some body fat) so I'm def going to get into the grove cause that was embarrassing as hell.

Thx in advance.

Piracetam actually prevents hypoxia, and I've noticed marked cardio improvement while supplementing with it. Not exactly marketed for that, but it works, IMO.
