supplements for parents

Was thinking about odering some supplements for my parents. They both are in their mid 50's and have been working the same 6 day 10 - 12 hours schedule for 30 plus years. Both complain of joint and muscle pains. Dad also has minor heart issues as well as a thyroid problem. My mom drives hour and a half every Sunday on her only day off to get acupunture for her pains. They currently take a multi vitamin, fish oils, and some other "questionable" items (as most asian parents do)

Was thinking about getting them on cissus and maybe orange triad to help. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Cissus is an obvious choice here. Another joint care product that has interested me lately has been Animal Flex. Packaging and pill amounts may be a bit out of the ordinary for their particular taste, but it's worth looking into.

The first thing that came to mind was Orange TRIad. I put my parents on this as well, and they've been saying it has helped. The joint support, multi vitamin and immune function along with digestive support has really alleviated alot of their issues and more importantly worries. I would continue to keep them on the fish oil and that should be enough for joint problems.

I'm curious as to the 'questionable items' you mentioned :D

I put my mom on Somnidren.

after logging the ghsr stack by mst, i told my mom about it because she also has join pain and sleeping trouble. she is now using it and loves it. she has less pain and gets her sleep every night. on top of all that i have noticed a much more positive attitude from her. if i were to tell you to get anything get the ghsr stack (mst) and get some elastamine (primaforce)!

Thanks
GJJ
