Supplements for libido

Lol. Good point. I have not told any of my docs. Probably should. I think it counters some of the side effects of the anti tremor meds. I will bring it up next time I see my GP. There are usually so many other topics that we discuss, my great sex life has not been one of them. Thanks.

When you say GP im presuming you're in the UK? If so doubt theyll have a clue! Most in my experience are. clueless when it comes to supps.

What are some of the best supplements to boost libido during a PED cycle? hcgenerate is already out of the equation because it's too expensive.

No. I am referring to my primary doctor who is excellent. She is the only doctor that has the correspondence and results from my two neurologists who are out of state and my local cardiologist. It took me 8 years to build a team that knows what they are doing and really care about my quality of life. She will probably not know about yohimbine and I am not sure what she will say. My labs are good. I eat clean. No simple carbs and no alcohol. I have also cut back on my calories. My old benchmark on maintenance was a bit high at this age. I am 6"2 and have kept my waist at 34 inches. Bodyfat wise I have a good 4 pack and a can get a full six with some calorie restriction for a couple of weeks. But my body is just not comfortable at a lower bodyfat percentage that is necessary for the full six pack. With the soy lecithin added to my regimen I weigh 221. I am not and never will be a bodybuilder or get into less than 10 percent bodyfat for the fun of it. We all want to improve our physical composition and that is the thought I use but the reality is I am in really good shape for being the senior partner in my Law Firm and just want to maintain my muscle mass and conditioning for as long as possible. I know it is off topic, but to continue to get good viewpoints from you guys you need to know the circumstances of my anabolic journey. Thanks all for your responses. You are great resources.

Demongreat88, it really could be dangerous to use yohimbine with your heart problems and you also said you take medication for tremors. I'm really trying to help you here, keep you safe. The company I rep for even sells yohimbine and I'm telling you to stay away from it.

Pretty sure almost every supplement/drug warning label STARTS with "if you have a heart condition or take medication for a heart condition do not take this product." lol

I would say yohimbe is almost always contraindicated when you have ANY health issue. The exception would be maybe an obese person with NORMAL BP and other health markers, if you can find one lol.

Id look into dietary adjustments first then look into supplements. But, sustain alpha would be a solid addition regardless

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but l-dopa. Always seems to make me more into it, also turns me into a minute man unfortunately ?

Sustain Alpha (has worked wonders on my libido) & Dermacrine has always been good to hubby!!

You've used both, or just the Sustain Alpha you mean?

My wife likes Iron Champ's Volume, but I've been looking for something else for her to try. MacaPro has been okay, but not great.

I'm currently using the Sustain Alpha. Hubby likes the Dermacrine! I've never used the Dermacrine myself.
