supplements for freeing up bound testosterone?

Just been reading the older you get you have more shbg .Could that be because testosterone is in decline?

If youre on trt does that apply?

interested in your views please.
 
Yes. SHBG and ABP reduce free floating testosterone.

I love using Testabolan from IFN. It's combination of 3,4-divanil and ALCAR make a huge difference every time I use them.
 
M test would be a great option. I would look into it if I were you. Very respected supplement and company with fully dosed ingredients. Alphamax XT and Kings Blood are also top of the line. The Novedex XT by Gaspari is intriguing to me as well. May give it a try here soon
 
Other than stinging nettle what are ingredients that would free up test. (I'm not looking for products just ingredients)

Estrogen tends to increase (resulting in less free-t), dhea tends to decrease (resulting in less free-t). What do your current bloods show wrt these hormones?
 
Kingsblood and Alphamax XT come to mind at first. I would check both of them out.
 
CEL MTEST...fully dosed ingredients at a very cost effective price point.
