i have a brother that is 34 years old about 6'2 170 pounds that is looking to put on some pounds but does not know what supplements to use and in what frequency. he is currently using an estrogen blocker from a local retail store because he was on a testosterone prior to that. he also does one protein shake on the days that he lifts and on average lifts 3 times a week but hits those days hard. hes mostly looking to put on some good weight but the sups hes on now arent doing that to his liking any tips are greatly appreciated

He needs to eat more. If hes that tall and only 170 his diet is certainly the culprit.

He already eats a lot I personally think he needs to take miter protein shakes but I'm far from an authority on the subject

are you serious? at his height and weight, there is no way he eats enough. and what is miter protein shake??

Sorry I meant more protein shakes and ya he's a freak of nature he can eat and eat and not gain a pound

thats bs. if you eat 4500k cals a day, u will gain. no matter how fast your metabolism is. and what kind of training does he do?

Its really all going to come down to diet. He just needs to force the food and keep eating. Hes probably going to feel miserable at first if he isnt use to adding more calories (im going through the same thing now).

What supplements is he taking?
