supplements before a game?

I have been considering taking a supplement before my football games. Sometimes when I come out to play I just feel lethargic and not all ready to go. We have about 3 hours before the game in which we meet with our coaches and focus on the game that day but when it comes game time I am just never as intense as I want to be. I have tried 5 hour energy before a game, it helps for a little bit but goes away and can make me nauseous before a game. I have been considering takeing Nitric Oxide (most likely black powder) before a game and was just wondering if anyone has tried taking any supplements before their game, match, or whatever it may be. Any advice and comments are welcome. Thanks for your guys help

i dunno man if you need supplements to get you going for a game then id think about other things first. there are plenty that would aid you during the game but as far as making you not feel lethargic...maybe you aren't really into that sport. i know lethargy isn't what i usually feel before games.

maybe lethargy isn't the right word, I just wasn't all focused as I wanted to be and wasn't feeling like I was playing to my potential. Its not like I wasn't running around and stuff, and it wasn't that I was sleepy, I just think I can be more focused and was wondering if there is anything that can help me do that.

Take a look at Nimbus Blast.
It will defenitely give you a nice smooth energy for before and during the game....It also will help with focus. Blast also includes the Poseidon complex which will greatly help with hydration.

And the greatest thing of all is......

Its currently buy 1 get 1 free, which equals 150 servings for 34.95!

First maybe you should get ur motivation checked...there should be no need to have a nitric oxide supplement to get u going before a game. If you have plenty of food in you plenty of rest leading up to game time and are properly hydrated you should be fine..

now keeping hydrated and being able to perform optimally is a little different but you shouldn't need anything to help you focus..

Maybe some waxy maize with P-Slin if you don't want to go with stims. Also, maybe you're just not the type of player who gets ultra pumped before a game ? There's nothing wrong with that as long as you're leaving your heart and soul on the gridiron.

I'd recommend some Karbolyn with Xtend for endurance and stamina but would advise against the use of stims for several reasons. Have a good meal with complex carbs and protein a few hours before your game also. Nutrition is VERY important. I play baseball in the summer and always sip on Xtend/carbs during the game. Also, maybe look into an electrolyte product to help replace what's lost during the game.

OMGG USP Labss has the sickest stack for free game..i had the handout at my job but i dont think its online

motivation is not really a factor here...i no many guys that get themselves so worked up before games that they are puking all over the place...i think he just wants something to help him focus in, not motivation, but something to help him focus in on what he has to do, and be ready to lay som hits, and gain a certain confidence going into play....its not really a problem for skill positions, but i no plenty of lineman that work themselves up so much for pre-season camp that theyre puking out the windows of their cars while driving, but they still come.....they have plenty of motivation, they just dont want to f* ** up. .....at the d-1 level the problem is simply solved with ADD meds, but im not sure how smart that is

yeah this sounds good and gives me energy, focus, adn hydration. Some guys on the team take energy drinks before the game but they dehydrate me, so this sounds pretty good because it offers the best of both worlds.

I take Superpump before rugby. Honestly, it will make you a monster on the field, of course given your talented already and energy/aggression were the lacking factors. Be warned though, some people say its hard on thier stomachs, I dont have any side effects, but i'd test it out first to make sure you tolerate it well. Nitric Oxide all the way.

yeah i could try black powder as that is my current nitric oxide, it just gets me so pumped and focused for a workout I was hoping it could translate to the game field. Thanks its nice to hear that someonelse has thought and tried this out. If it works as well as it does in the weight room I will be unstoppable, thanks for your help.

You can try Nano vapor, I took that for a while and it seemed to really hype me up and zone me in. I wouldnt necessarily recomend ADD meds because they tend to dehydrate u pretty quickly and if u have any heart problems, under going strenuous exercise while under the influence of a amphetamine could cause a lot and even potentially deadly side effects. Other wise i would recomend the night before the game u use some mental help such as an affirmation list. Sit down and write out what u want to accomplish and how you want to feel. I know it sounds corny but using this has helped me a lot in situations where i needed to be prepared.
