Suggestions help please looking to cut then bulk real supplements that actually works long way to go
 
You could look into alpha lean 7 as a cutting product. We have a discount on it at strong right now. As far as bulking up theres tons of natty supps to help you put on some size but it all comes down to diet as well.
 
For the cut, I had great results with Epidrone. Pair that with some Sup3r-4 and you get the gains.

First, we need to know your bodyfat, experience, current macros, etc.

Regarding supplements, the last portion of your post makes me believe your expectations for natural supplements are too high. You are not the first or last so don't worry. Natural supplements can work, but they are not miracle pills. If your diet, training and even rest are not on point, nothing, supplement wise, we suggest will be great. All of those things I listed above come before supplements. People can bulk and cut just on proper nutrition, training and rest.

As far as supplements that help you cut, I would look into any supplement with forskolin. Two of the more popular choices, that I am aware of, are PES Shift and Performax Labs OxyMax XT. You can also find forskolin by itself, produced by some companies. The reason I would supplement with anything that contains forskolin during a cut or a lean bulk is its ability to increase lean mass and ability to decrease fat.

Forskolin was shown to elicit favorable changes in body composition by significantly decreasing body fat percentage (BF%) and fat mass (FM) as determined by DXA compared with the placebo group (p < or = 0.05).

In addition to improving body composition, forskolin can increase testosterone levels.

Fat Mass:  The colforsin group lost 4.52 kilograms (9,94 pounds) of fat, plus or minus 5.74 kilograms, while the placebo group lost only 0.51 kilograms (1.12 pounds), plus or minus 1.91 kilograms.

I'm gonna agree with bodybeast and Ant that we need to know more info before making recommendations.

As also stated, supplements are great, but they come way secondary to the training, nutrition and rest part of all this.

I'll be happy to offer up some advice after getting those other details.

(I know you say off all supplements now, but what have you used in the past?)
