Supplementing DCP

Hey RPN:

If I take 6 caps of DCP a day (2 caps 3x), how would I best supplement it with the following:

1. Bulk TTA (Nutraplanet)
2. CLA Nutracaps (Nutraplanet)

What would be good amounts of each, and when should I dose them.

I am currently 245 @ 6 ft.

Eating 5-6 meals a day.

DCP usually taken before meals 1,3,5.

I've read studies that state 3-5 grams of CLA supplementation daily is the minimum recommended dose in conjunction with a solid exercise and diet plan to maximize fat loss. CLA used in conjunction with DCP should surely have a very positive synergistic effect when used together and intensify the stacks overall fatloss effects. CLA can be taken with or without food with no significant alteration in effect/absorbtion, however it is recommended to take it with meals. I'd spread it out evenly over the course of the day with your DCP doses.
 
Take as much TTA as you can handle the sides of, if you are really in a rush to cut.

For CLA, I would recommend minimum 3-5 grams, and more like 7-9.
 
Yep, in terms of the TTA dosage, ramp up slowly and don't be too greedy with it. Drink lots of water. The potassium in DCP should aid with the cramping. Keep your carb intake moderate if possible/add in carb refeeds.

I would drink some Green tea or add in the GTE caps as well.
 
Yeah, I made the mistake of not increasing my water intake. I got very tired and sluggish.

Hehe damn.. did you get cla/rasp burps? :p

I only took 2 DCP and 3 CLA and the burps were still pretty bad...cant imagine how they would be if I increased dosage haha.

What was more noticeable though was when I took a piss...smelled like raspberries for real haha
