Okay, I have been wt training seriously for 7 yrs. I have changed my training for the past 6 weeks for a triathlon, main exercise has been swimming, cycling, and running. The tri is Oct 3 and after that I am taking 2 weeks off from ANY training, get a little rest. I am looking to build some muscle the next few months, fortunately I barely lost any during the tri training, so wondering what would be the best scheduling for supps.
I just bought the Erase/Titanium stack, also have MassFX/TST Powercell, SD, Dienedrone, Epi, HD, Turinabol, T911, Formadrol.
I was thinking:

- 2 weeks off from training and supps
- 4 wks Titanium or MassFX/TST
- PH Cycle
- PCT (SERM and Titanium)
Any thoughts?
