Supplement Suggestions?

My brother, who is 17 is looking for some kind of supplement to take. He is a regular size kid who has been lifting for a whie and wants a good boost to help him out and get bigger and stronger. I dont want to recommend him to things that i take becuase i just feel he may be to young for things like mdrol, hyperdrol etc.

what do you think i should suggest for him?
 
You're posting on one of the biggest supplement advertisement forums on the web. Take a look around, find something that he's interested in and ask questions.

Usually the answer is simply: Eat more.

well he was interested in hyperdrol x2, but do you think he may be to young for this?
 
time ones are protein, multi-v, and maybe a preworkout drink. he would probably enjoy the preworkout drink the most b/c you "feel it". best of luck.

yes!..he is way to young for your goodies!..the good ole' #1-combo from mcdonalds..for now!big-mac, large fries,coke!..and maybe an apple pie if he does his homework!...damm!..now im hungry!..mcdonalds it is!..protien powder,100%whey,good multi-vitamin!bcaa's(aminoacids)
 
alright, yea i guess your right, hes still a younin.
i guess ill just recomend some protien and maybe an N.O. for a preworkout boost.

Stick with the basics.Food ,protein, multi-v, pre workout drink even.Dont mess with any test boosters or PH he's only 17 and is pumped full of test already.

He most certainly IS too young for such things.

Stick to the basics of creatine, protein, multivitamin, and good fats. Even a pre-workout product is UNnecessary. When he's older and has more training experience, then look into other supplements to complement his diet and training.

The key to getting bigger and stronger is DIET. Make sure he's eating enough and the right kinds of food.
