Supplement recommendations

I got $100 to amazon for Christmas and was wondering what supplements do you guys recommend to get?

My thoughts were getting creative and BCAA powder?

Bulk creatine and protein is never the wrong route to go. Most Olympus Labs products are on amazon so you could check out those as well.

I was gonna pick up some BCAA’s to mix in either during workout or afterwards in a protein shake.

Whey already contains bcaa naturally so there is no need to add extra
Intra bcaa’s are great if you are training fasted. If not then use the money on more protein , creatine and maybe a pre workout

I work out at night before bed. Would it be better to go with whey, casein or a blend of different types like MP Combat Protein?

I’d opt for a blend. Although I take a blend post workout regardless of time of day, but would definitely opt for that in your situation.

My favorites are PES Select and Olympus Labs Superior Protein.

A decent protein powder on special and creatine. Don't get too fancy with the creatine as any monohydrate will do, just get one on special that has a decent cost per serving

Whey protein, creatine, bcaa's

Bcaa's are Godsend. When i get up in the middle of the night I take two scoops and it beats drinking a protein shake. I recommend Millennium Sports R.P.G.-BCAA™ the flavors taste great, and they are fermented amino acids tested with pharmaceutical standards. Most bcaa's come from human hair, which i think are okay, I just feel these are higher quality and the best on the market!

Agreed with this. I’d most likely just put the money toward protein powder or a good pre workout that you’ve been wanting to try.

What’s a good supplement to help with fat loss?

BCAAS don’t actually do anything. Don’t waste your money just get flavoured water

It still shocks me how the bcaa scam is still popular in the body building scene

I would say stick to your single ingredient staples from companies like sns. Olympus labs is a good go to for alpha-y, if you are looking for that type of thing. One company that I have recently tried is the genius brand. I wouldn't pay the prices that their products are going for, but I was given some coupon codes a while back and ended up getting their pre for around 8 bucks. It's pretty solid considering that it is caffeine free.

I do agree Regarding bcaa’s are a waste but I do think EAA’s have there place but I only noticed a difference when doing long ass full body workouts then when I added HBCD it changed the game.

Anyway I’d recommend a protein blend or if your using milk then it’s a blend anyway. Creatine is so cheap you might as well.
Cheap pre would be a caffeine tab and vaso6.

Creatine (Sns monohydrate would be my recommendation) and a good protein powder (prefer a blend vs plain whey or casein) for sure

Cheap Whey as its all pretty much the same and bog standard Creatine Mono powder. Save your voucher for some decent buys instead of blowing it on overhyped supplements.

As much whey protein isolate as you can get with as little fat carb and cholesterol as possible for the cheapest price, and as much creatine as you can get for the cheapest price. Then little things like vitamins and fiber, fatty acids.

I ran OL Kingsblood after, and while on I ran milk thistle and nac to be on the safe side

Thanks. I’ll look into that in the future.

Yeah for liver support, NAC and SNS TUDCA are hard to beat. Maybe add artichoke leaf extract but not necessary
