Supplement Must Haves

Now mine includes Enhanced, game changer!! Everything else I can live without if it came to it but a good pump with amazing energy is just plain addictive... Hello my name is d1sc1ple and I am an Enhancedaholic.
 
Multi, fish oil, and vitamin c. Those 3 have helped keep me healthy through my journey and are something I wouldn't go without. Maybe replace the vitamin c with beta alanine if the multi has enough and I'm eating a lot of vitamin c rich foods. But on a cut for sure vitamin c is a staple.
 
If I could only have three, multi, vitamin d, vitamin b complex. I eat enough fish to not NEED fish oil and protein I could just get from whole foods. But those two would be my fourth and fifth selections.
 
Creatine, BA, Protein.... Anabeta (=

3. PreWO (Muscle Marinade and Condense are my favorite...and OG craze)

hell yeah! enhanced might be the first pre workout that I'd actually consider a staple

Not all fish has a high epa/dha content, you'll be suprised how low some actually are
 
I have at least 5 things i feel i always need to have but if i had to pick 3... Protein fish oil some sort of pwo

2. Krill Oil

3. Probiotic (gut health or Garden of Life)

Every since I added these 3 supps to my daily routine I haven't been sick, had much better joints and just increased my quality of life.

Pretty much boring if u limit it to 3. For the most part everyone should have these 3. A no-brainer.

Preworkout
Protein powder
Creatine.

What gives me a great workout and what helps me recover for the next one; the rest is proper diet.
