I am 51 years old, have been traning 5 dats a week for the past 8 months. I am not completely happy with the results. My test level is 455, HGH is 356. I am looking for something to put more mass on. I want to bulk up. Something that will help keep it on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated.
Thanks!

Look into these companies, ALRI, USP Labs, Anabolic Extreme, Designer Supplements, Anabolic Innovations, IBE Labs.

Personally i think this would be perfect for you:

Oratropin-1 by ibe (IGF-1)
Rem by USP Labs(Sleep/growth hormone support)
Restore by ALRI (lowers cortisol/prolactin/estrogen, boosts testosterone)
Cissus RX by Usp Labs (lowers cortisol/rebuilds joints and tendons)

So with the above stack you'll get:

Better Sex Drive
Fatloss
Muscle Gains
Strength Gains
Stronger Joints
Better Sleep
Less Cortisol (stress hormone)
Self-confidence
Aggression
Mood lift

I would recommend ActivaTE+Rebound Reloaded. I would also recommend taking 1.5-2x's the recommended dose of ActivaTE. So 6-8 caps per day.

I agree with the rebound reloaded. Maybe some x-factor could do the trick? The mass you put on will stay there man, I did 2 cycles already, and just loved it :)

... And, great abs dude. Impressive:)

I thany you for your response. Sorry I did not get back right away, after making my post that afternoon I had an accident doing cardio on my bicycle. MRI says I have Three tears in my rotator cuff and must have surgery. Now can anyone help me with what must be done for recovery after surgery???

Thanks To Everyone!

Igf will increase recovery by 3-10x
Cissus by ups labs helps distribute nutrients to tendons, ligaments, muscle , bone, cartilage. Id got with these two if i were in your shoes.

Thanks again for the info. It's very kind of all of you to share your hard earned Knowledge with others. You help make the sport and way of life much better.

I'm sure that would be fine too - it stimulates IGF production.
I mention HGH as opposed to igf simply because he will beable to stay on it longer and under the care of a physician....if his insurance will cover it....BIG IF!
At 50 years old, he should have no problem obtaining a script...

My pleasure.

You should be able to find a great deal of info on message boards like this and, from your doctor.

Let me know what you decide and how everything turns out.

Good luck in reaching your goals....Stay faithful and you'll stay fit!
