Supplement Half Way Through Night?

Hey there. Im 16 and want to maximize HGH as much as possible. I have been thoroughly researching the MENS method, or Melatonin Exercise Niacin Sleep Method. It employs niacin as a booster of HGH. But, the thing with niacin is that it must be taken on an empty stomach and you cannot eat for 3 hours after taking it to receive its full effect. So, can I wake up in the middle of the night to take it and go back to sleep? This way, I have an empty stomach and don't eat for at least 3 hours after. I can't wait 3 hours after waking up to eat because I workout out right after I wake up and feel dizzy lifting on an empty stomach and also wont be able to have my post shake/meal until 1 1/2 hours after. Thanks. PS, I'm also taking GABA.

SUMMARY:
Can I take niacin in the middle of the night to ensure I don't eat for 3 hours before or after?

ALSO: What are your thoughts on GABA?

Doesn't seem like something I'd worry about at 16 years old. I'm 10 years older than you and I don't even worry about that. Just sleep through the night dude.

You're 16, with raging hormones. All you need to do is eat and sleep and let your body do what it's supossed to do.

Ok. Thanks! MAybe I'll stick with a multi and food. Just thought it was interesting. Has anyone else heard about the MENS method?

I've heard about it and it doesn't work. It's quackery. If someone wants to increase height due to growth deficiency, actual GH/peptides are prescribed
