Hey man I have had the same problem in the past when the bunny is hot. I learned this trick from a buddy of mine who is in the Adult industry if you feel your self about to blow grab the base of the shaft and reverse milk the tube that the solders come out of some times effectively shoving all that stuff back into the sack.

I have tried Deferol too in the past and nada...I'm sadly back on the Paxil because that's the only thing that works for me. I guess I will have to also take something to keep a firm erection when I start having erection problems again but at least for a couple months now I'll be able to not bust super fast and have a decent erection. Paxil starts weakening my erection after like 2-3 months of daily use. I have tried the on-demand route but doesn't work as well. I have read about Dapoxetine but seems like I'd have to have that on me or something lol.
 
I noticed i would last forever when i took triazole.
 
If you figure this out please let me know! I have had this same problem too for at least 4 or 5 years. I am always horny but I blow as soon as I put it in! It just sucks! If I jack before it really doesn't help plus I don't get really hard again. I tried gaba 5 htp phenibut mucuna as well. If on test it is even worse. So if you find a solution please share.

I'm exactly like that. If I jack off then I have to wait some time and the erection is not as good the second time, plus it doesn't help much. The only thing that has worked is Paxil 10 mg daily. If I take 20 mg then I can't ejaculate at all. The downside is that erections are not as good either because the Paxil kinda numbs you from the inside. Another problem is that it gets you sleepy as hell and you almost need to take a nap daily. I have taken it for months at a time and it doesn't get better, but hey I have been able to keep a girlfriend because I can for once control my orgasm
 
Back on the Paxil for a week now, back to 10 mg a day. Last night was frustrating, as I banged and banged and almost did not bust. Of course I prefer this to the alternative lol but damn would I love to just be able to control it at will with no help from meds!
 
I've used research grade DapoxHCL. It worked for me as long as I used it 3 hours before. Although, I had some sides from it. Headache, stuffy nose, everything was super bright and mild tracers. Almost like I was on something from the club scene days. ;)

Over-all, it worked beautifully along with some Tadala. bedroomBEASTstack! Do this twice a month and the rest of the time just go natty. She'll remember the 2 times you went beast vs all the other times you couldn't. Just my 2cents, though.

If I go natty Ima lose my girl lol. That's the problem, keeping a relationship alive lasting seconds is kinda hard so while on the Pax I go from seconds to almost hours if I wanted to. I hate hate hate the Paxil but it's the ONLY thing I have found that works.
 
Just a thought have you tried the paxil with some kind of enhanced stimulation cream to balance everything out?

Have you tried taking Ephedrine before sex..? I know when Ive had sex on any type of stimulant
it seems to take the sensation away and can make you last for a lot longer
 
I've got to back this too, I was on the max dose of Paxil 40 mgs for a couple of years, and I could go forever..and short refractory time as well..when I came off the medicine, I didn't last and though it's gotten better over time, on Paxil was crazy..it was hard to org though..
