EPIC Unleashed vs EPIC Strength Unleashed vs Follidrone vs Triumph. Which one is the most effective without any side effects?
 
honestly idk if any of those could or would help a hernia surgery recovery.

The kind of "recovery" you are requiring post-hernia surgery...those supps would be of better use after you have recovered. Training recovery is not the same as post-surgery recovery. The later is more like rehabilitation.

I had hernia surgery last year. You still on pain meds? You want to be careful you dont aggravate the injury site/incision regions.

The main concern, after injury rehabilitation, is minimising atrophy. Again, those natty supps are not going to do a hell of alot without being used in conjunction with an appropriate resistance training program. Also, keeping protein intake adequate.

If you want to spend money on natty supps whilst still in active recovery phase, look into schisandra and HMB.
 
Nah I didn't have to take any pain meds after the first 2 days. I can walk around easily now, but I am not sure how long it will take before I can get back into lifting.

Youll have to consult your surgeon.

I was lucky, the mesh technique my surgeon used is different to most other inguinal laproscopic surgery repairs...I was lifting heavy again within 3-4 weeks. Slight discomfort for about 4 or so weeks, but that eventually completely disappeared.
 
Just giving my take on EP1C Unleashed, used 1 bottle for a month. Great endurance noticed I could do cardio longer, more sets, reps, and shorter rest.
 
Ep1c unleashed and follidrone are the same product. They are epicatechin products. Strength unleashed is a laxogenin product. Triumph is I would calll a PA product or that's what I look at it as but it has various ingredients in it.

Honestly i would try a laxogenin product over those options, the adaptogenic effects are going to be more beneficial over a pa or -epi product.
