Hey Guys! I hit the break wall of 80kg and can't gain even a pound more and it's been like this 2 months. I'm taking Optimum Gold Whey, Jack3d, Concrete. Should switch the stack or get more serious with something stronger?

As pumphouse said, look into your diet and training. Yes there are supplements that will help but first it starts with diet, training, and rest.

If you're not gaining weight, you simply need to eat more. And if you have trouble eating more...whole milk + anabeta :D

This is great advice right here. I have been doing this and my weight has been headed in the right direction.

Diet and training. What do they look like?

I'm trying to eat a lot, always hungry. Example breakfast: protein shake, Oat meal, cereal, whole wheat bread, cheese, butter. Dinner: Meats, veggies, bread, snacks between meals.
I workout out every other day for 1 1/2 - 15 cardio included.

I have not heard about anabeta. I did some research, it has some good reviews and I think I gonna go with that Anabeta Elite. Thanks for the advise!

Good choice dude.

The recommendations of AB are all great suggestions. :D

Have you changed up your routine any or continued to make strength gains despite the stagnation of weight? Has the mirror changed at all (sometimes weight can stay constant but lbm vs fat mass can change)?

Also maybe lessen the cardio if you are struggling to gain weight to lower energy expenditure.

Add more Carbs in your diet. Carbs release insulin (which is anabolic) and you'll gain weight. you may gain a little fat if you're natural but that's just how it is. Make sure they are healthy ones: oats, sweet potatoes, quinoa, rice.

I agree above that you can try anabeta as well. It's great for making you hungry!

This!!! And don't forget the peanut butter

Yep, I can see the mass and muscle size changes in the mirror every month, but my weight always stays 78-80 kg. I'm always hungry and i'm trying to eat a lot 5-6 times a day when i have a time, but most of the time i have my breakfast ( oatmeal, Bread, cheese, butter, cereal), lunch and meat dinner all the time. I started working out 6 months ago when i lost lots of weight at the hospital and i was 64-65 kg and I'm 80 now. I just think 85-86 Kilograms would be perfect for my body. And yes i change my routine every 2-3 months or so.

Peanut butter on a quality bread between meals. Dont make the in between snacks so large that they ruins your appetite.

What exactly does anabeta have to do with eating more?

There are two reasons someone can't eat more:

1. They're eating the right foods but simply can't eat enough (this is where Anabeta would help, as an appetite stimulant)
2. They're eating the wrong foods (high volume) instead of unsatiating yet nutritionally rich foods (e.g. whole milk)

I got that.

What i was asking is how does anabeta help stimulating appetite?

Protein synthesis and muscle glycogen storage are increased when consuming Anabeta. Therefor your body is going to need more nutrients to satisfy the hunger issues.
