Hi guys. I have just started a fitness regime, combined free weights and cardio with my new job where I am away from home for 2 months and nothing but a gym for entertainment. I have a training regime which I like and requires workout 2-3 times a week. I am taking zero supplements. I have been eating a primal diet so lots of meat, vegetables and eggs. My goals are originally to tone up and lose some body fat. I am currently 5ft10 83kg, not sure on bf but definitely more than I should.
Anyway my question relates to workout recovery - Even leaving 2 days between workouts I am finding it very difficult to train properly - muscle soreness and fatigue prevents me from doing anything worthwhile even though I am motivated in mind! I am working continuos 12 hour shifts for 2 months which does not help!
Would a supplement help me? Should I persevere without using any supplement? I like the idea of an all in one supplement / protein but worried about stacking on fat as I'm physically unable to train enough!
