Supplement advice to force the body to build muscle mass

I am 60 at 230 and have really packed on some impressive poundages in the last year and can attribute this to the suppliments taken by ageforce. Hgh, bcaa, NO etc. They are delivered via patch and get directly into the system bypassing the gutt. Check it out. In apr 2011 I set a raw wr (for old folks) sq 417 at present I have a 485 and will shoot for a 500 at Nats in 5 weeks.

thanks. isn't Erase Pro supposed to be more powerful?

EDIT: how should I take Phase 2 in order to maximize its effects? differentiated between WO and non-WO days as well?

Erase Pro is the more powerful of the two.

I have no idea what Phase 2 is, so i cant comment.

besides steroids, is there a supplement that can keep your body anabolic for longer times?

In theory, myonuclear accretion induced by arachidonic acid supplementation should aid long-term hypertrophy.

very true. do you know of any supp that has this?

The original X-Factor comes to mind, dosed entirely preworkout. X-Factor Advanced is largely inferior and I'm not sure I'd put down the money for XFA, but if you can find X-Factor, I'd consider giving it a go.

that does not seem to be available anymore, thanks anyway. a good alternative?

X-Factor Advanced is 38 a bottle, so yeah.

but you said it's not effective.
on bodybuilding.com ActivateXtreme reviews say it's supposed to do this, but it does not feature that ingredient you mentioned before.

I did not say it was ineffective. I said it was far less effective than its predecessor. I figured you wanted something non-hormonal, for which XFA is the best available. If you want to dip into natty tboosters, Triazole and DAA are fantastic imo.

triazole has that acid you told us before?

there was an article posted by layne norton, and one by derek charlebois, that sipping BCAA's all day can signal mTor and increase protein synthesis all day. although its been shown leucine is the main amino capable of the mTor pathway, in all honestly straight leucine tastes like **** lol. this is one of the cheaper alternatives i suppose.

First, his article spoke of mulitple bolus doses designed to spike blood leucine. Second, that would not prolong anabolism; it would only acutely raise it.

no.
triazole is one of the best anti-estrogen/testboosters available, however.

imo:
1) cut carbs from the diet completely, except for 2-4 hours post workout
2) try intermittent fasting at least 4 or 5 days a week.
3) i like pct revolution black more than erase products - less expensive, dosed higher, with added testosterone support.
4) DAA bulk powder is always a great idea )when stacked with an anti-estrogen) pm me if you want information on a source of bulk powder that ships to italy quickly and inexpensively.
5) try to lower cortisol in the morning either with an anti-cortisol supplement, or 3 grams of vitamin C, tulsi tea, and so on.
6) add some HIIT - will cut midsection fat and has other, hormonal benefits as well.

I can't cut carbs completely, would something like anabolic pump help?

"intermittent fasting?"

an anti-cortisol supplement? would green tea suffice?

what's HIIT?

Don't cut your carbs. While they are non-essential, there is simply no need for fad dieting if you're in a caloric deficit.

and I simply can't. in Italy, almost the totality of food is carb :P

EDIT: what do you think of stacking Pro MAx 2 with IGF-2?

Why not try Testobolan V2? I think Intimidate with BF Pro Max 2 would also work quite nicely.

I personally will be doing BF Pro Max 2 with Testobolan V2.

because it is easier for me to get IGF. and because I have read some really good, and I think unbiased, reviews... but I also want to be sure it does not conflict with promax
