I've been training for about 5 months and loving it I've cut a lot of fat down to 85kgs at 180cm. I wanna gain lean muscle without putting on more fat. I'm currently taking whey protein stacked with glutamine and acetyl-l-carnitine bcaa's before and after training and a multi in the morning my diet is fine just after advice or help on what else to get the best results in a short period of time. I train about 4-5 nights a week as well. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

You will gain some fat, but you can keep it relative to your muscle gain and do it slowly; staying around the same bf%.

The results you seek will not come quick the natural route. Just stick with it. You have plenty of "newb" gains left. I think the biggest thing you can do is more obvious, yet missed by many; eat at a surplus of clean food and use a proven training protocol.

Ill let other people recommend exact supplements. Just remember they don't matter compared to the other things.

Look into some I-Force, PES, SNS, etc. ignore most magazine adds.

Cheers for the advice mate I guess I was just expecting bigger results sooner but I'm determined and wanna keep it reasonably clean so I'll push on haha

ALCAR is very good for your goals. Hard training and smart food choices are 95% off the solution and will do wonders and supps will top off that last 5%.

Great job so far! 5 months is still early on to start loading up on supplements, but a pre-workout like Enhanced would be a good addition. What is your training looking like?

I'm training chest, arms and back Monday, wed and Fridays and legs and abs tues, thurs and some Saturdays and keep Sunday as a rest and recovery day I generally do about an hour and a half a day in the evenings after work. I make sure I focus on form more then anything and keep my sets generally from 8-10 reps with 3 sets and up the weight when I can do 10 reps 3 sets easily

Drop the glutamine. I would hold off on additional supplements at this time though. You are just getting into it and should focus on training and nutrition a this stage. Other than the glutamine you already have a decent combo. :)

Look into fish oil and creatine monohydrate, whey protein if you have a hard time eating enough whole foods

Looks great and good idea to focus on form!

Ok cheers for all the help I've dropped the party life for the gym life and never felt better! Can't wait to start getting some decent results haha

How is your nutrition looking? How many grams of protein/carbs/fat are you consuming in a day? Your best gains will be made when your nutrition is spot on.

I've cut out all sugar I'm having protein shake with rolled oats and an apple for breakfast morning tea is usually chicken breast or steak with brown rice and broccoli, lunch is usually 2 eggs with beans or snow peas and afternoon snack is usually walnuts or almonds dinner is just protein and veggies. I only drink water with the occasional morning coffee with skim milk

I'd look into some thyrocaps on top of good nutrition and proven natural supplements like creatine.

A few people have been saying creatine I'll give that a go im guessing now that I'm not carrying a lot of fat gains will be harder should I be bulking on carbs a bit more to help with gains as well? Just worried about putting on a gut again
