Superfood \ Greens Recommendation

hi all
im workingout 12 years...
take on basic :
multi OT
FISH OIL
CREATINE MONO\HCL

Protein Whey After workout and casein before bed
now im want to add to my diet at the morning some green drink with all the goods...

can i get Recommendation??

got confused....
 
Greens drinks can only do so much as they are not heavily dosed. CL has a good one and Blackstones is ok. I would get a good blender or juicer and make my own.

The taste isn't great on it's own but mix it with a little chocolate protein powder and you'll have yourself a serious chocolate orange health and power shake.
 
I have been buying Greens Plus Superfood for many years. I like that it is not a prop blend so you know exactly what you are getting and its not just cheap filler greens.

It is up to you to come to a conclusion regarding products you will buy/use. You have been given several options. Have you checked those out? Maybe looked at the labels, checked actual retail prices, tried to look up any reviews, etc? Do you have finalists to decide between maybe?

i just wnat to add my daily supss helathy drink
instead to buy amino drinks i prefer to drink superfood.

the ot + greens seems to be nice instead of multi by pills
but all the reviews i see u asked... the taste is bad
so i dont want :( on daily to drink that

i will stay with my supps :

JUST WANT TO ADD SUPERFOOD DRINK ....to drink in the morning or in work between meals...
 
No idea on potency, but Ultimate Nutrition Vegetable Greens can be had for under $30 for 510g (64 Servings). Best bang for the buck that I found. It may be great or suck - but it's in the Multi-Vitamin category of "may help, doesn't hurt" price wise. I got sick of bags of Spinach and steaming Broccoli / Green Beans and cutting Peppers - so I got that stuff and dump it in V8 Juice. Obviously the whole foods are better, but I eat a ton of Blueberries and Bananas.

The taste is fine on Orange Triad + Greens. It's not something you'd drink recreationally just for the taste of it, but for something with so much good stuff in it, it's perfectly fine.

Out of curiosity, what 'superfood' drinks with greens have you found good taste reviews on?

IF YES this is my way to go instead of multi OT PILLS i can combo the multi and greens toghter...

gaia chaos and pain tastes delicious
 
Millennium Sport mycoGreen., nice and soothing in the stomach as well. Controlled Labs OxiMega Greens is another good choice.
 
Hello for superfood look at the ORAC score, 100 000 for raw cocoa powder...
Dried fruits, nuts...eating spicy...greens vegetables like spinach brocoli...
Vitamins are here...
