"back" to work

Well, I did PT with the section today, and figured it would be the same old light cardio followed by light abs work—wrong. My young Specialist decided to do legs today, and it was a frigin’ smoke session.

So, the good news is that my rhomboids are “back” to feeling normal.

The bad news is that I’m going to have to skip my heavy leg day, because of this morning’s PT session.

Anyway, I’ve decided to just bump up to a 6-week cycle. This week I’ll make the adjustments for my back (during my back and legs workouts) after this week I should be able to go back to heavy lifting on Monday-Wednesday.

185lbs; here I come. :squat:

Tonight is the night folks. I’m feeling great and ready to lift. I’ve been ready to lift for about two or three days, but wanted to rest my body.

I’m going to take it easy tonight—chest night. I’ll do pretty much what I normally do. Maybe just a few less reps. Remember, I’m still on track for my heavy days. All I missed were my light days. So as long as I don’t push it too hard, I shouldn’t notice much diff.

Last night I skipped heavy legs—as I did plyo legs and sprints on Monday; I felt it too. So I’m satisfied that (light) leg day this week should go just fine. I’ll do the normal stuff, except replace dead lifts with curls. Same/same on reps/sets and weight.

Well, gotta get to work, I’ll let you all know how it goes tomorrow morning

Well, last night was another great lift. I feel good today—no soreness from the lifts, or from the prior strain in my back.

I went a little lighter than last week’s chest/tris/shoulders routine, but not much. I knocked about 10% off of each lift and maintained sets/reps.

So, next week I’ll kick it back up to my regular weight.

Tonight is back, so I have to be careful, but I’m pretty confident that I’ll be fine.

As I stated before, I’ll focus on biceps (preacher, cable and hammer curls). Front pulldowns are the only “back” lift I’ll be doing—and I’m going very light (I’ll take off about 20%)

My weight is up to 180lbs, WOAH! I took 4 days off and I’m still 2 pounds heavier.

Everyone was saying that SDNG isn’t a PH, but I’m lovin’ it.

So far I’ve had a little acne (chin, shoulders, back), some loss of libido, just a bit of aggression and a little trouble getting to sleep at night (the insomnia is probably from the NOE)

That’s all.

My lifts have gone up by at least 20% and I’ve gained 6 pounds. And it’s only 3 weeks in! :jaw:

I’m going to maintain my 3 doses/day for the rest of this week and then for weeks 5 and 6 go up to 4 doses/day.

I hope to hit 185 before the cycle is over, that will be an 11-pound gain!!-though I’ll most likely loose a few. That’s still substantial growth for a 175lb guy.

Anyway, I’ll holla…

I'm "BACK" baby

Last night I did heavy back/ biceps/ traps

I went easy on back and traps but smoked my biceps—which I think need more attention than any other part of my body anyway.

Great workout. No soreness today, except some “good soreness” in my neck/trap area. I did Hammer Strength shrugs, instead of barbell shrugs. I like them better

I think the Hammer Strength isolates the traps better; I end up using a lot of upper back when I do barbell. I like both; it’s just nice to change it up.

I did lots of curls-lots and lots. 15 sets of curls (incline bench/ hammer/ cable)

Then pullups and then shrugs.

Anyway, I think I’m good to go for leg day today. If I’m feeling good tomorrow, I’ll know that I can go heavy again next week

To tell you the truth, I think the whole back soreness was a result of my muscles’ strength just surpassing my tendons’ ability to hold on.

I did a LOT of prep work for this cycle, and I’m making gains like I never have before. :head: When I max out at the end of the mass cycle I’ll have empirical data. But I already know that I’m way way stronger than I’ve ever been before. And I’ve never weighed 180 lbs before, I was close at one point, but I didn’t look like I do now.

I can’t wait to bump this sh!t up to 4 doses a day for two friggin’ weeks—I’m going to be a monster.—a small monster—but ferocious .

This is just a general post for the 66.6% of, apparently, illiterate individuals taking the poll I posted earlier this week.

Option 3 is “Other, please specify”

This means…um…please specify the lift you believe is best for upper lat development—if it differs from the two listed in the poll.

This isn’t too terribly difficult people—it’s a survey. :trout:

I guess it's 63% now

Sept 13th w/o

I was off on Saturday, so here is the “skinny” on leg (light) day.

Switched it up and did seated calf raises, extensions and lying leg curls.

All went very well. I was unable to finish 10 sets of the extensions and curls, my legs just weren’t having it. So that’s good—I think.

When I came back to my hootch after lifting, one of my buddies said “WHOA dude, did you just get F’ed up the A, your walking all crazy”

“Pretty much,” I said he said

“Leg day, ay? Let me feel these bad boys,” he said.

He was shocked at the hardness of my legs.

“WHOA, I bet you could kick somebody across the room with those, damn, yours make mine feel like Play-Dough,” he said. “You’ve got some Muey legs” (referring to the legs of a Muey Thai kick boxer, renowned for their incredibly powerful legs).

The story stuck with me because He is a Hapki-Do instructor. I took his comments as a HUGE compliment. I study Japanese (Okinawan) styles, for a Korean-style fighter to tell you “you have strong legs,” is a high compliment.

All you Martial Artists out there will know what I’m talking about.

For all you fakers, it would be the same as “Rampage” Jackson telling you “Damn dude, you’re strong as hell.”

So, I think my legs are definitely coming along. This leads up to yesterday.

My chest day was a success. I did the usual: skullz, shoulder press and incline cable flye.

I added some reps on all, so I think the back situation is over.

Ya know; the pain may have been nothing more than the dreaded “back pumps” I’ve heard so much about. I’ve never felt them or experienced “back pumps” so I don’t know what it is.

Anyway. I think I’ve started retaining some water. I’m a little dehydrated-so I’ll try to increase my H2O intake and reduce my sodium intake.

Tonight is back/ biceps/ traps (light). I’m feeling kinda hung over today—I had the day off yesterday. When you work 70 hours a week, having a day off is somewhat disorienting.

Don't be fooled by the avatar, It's still Big Searg.

I just changed it because of Football season.

I'm a J-skool bum from MU--go tigers!

This year we're gonna win the whole friggin' thing--last year was a ripoff

sept 14th w/o

Last night was (light) back.

Great stuff. I have really focused on form during the lat pulldowns; and there is a big difference. I went crazy on shrugs; I used a free Bb instead of the smith (245 may not be much, but 10 sets of 10 is a big fat B!T@H) I just bend my knees a little and drag it up my leg as I shrug—works pretty well to eliminate any bouncing.

I’m off tonight—I need some damn sleep!!!

Tuesday marks week 5—that means 4/day for the SDng

Still feel like I’m retaining some water. I think I need to monitor my diet more—I think I’ve been slacking a bit.

Anyway, see y'all on Wednesday morning…

16th w/o

Last night was legs, ARGH!

Today I’m walking funny, but had a great lift last night.
I went up 20lbs on leg press-510
I went up on deads-245
Squat was the same-205
But I changed my standing calf raise to sled calf raises. I hate loading all the plates on to the smith. Plus, I think I can isolate the calf better on the sled. I did 5x5 at 490, I’m 178, so that means I did, um, 312lbs? I guess that’s about right. Last time I did heavy standing calf I did 345, but it was on a smith, so it was more like 325. And, like I said, I think the sled isolates the calf more. Either way, it was a great lift.

Tonight is heavy chest.—and I’m taking the night off.

I know that chest is one of my weaker muscle groups—but it looks strong—if that makes sense?

I’ve been overtraining a little. My time in the office has increased lately—and I’m just so, so tired these days. I realize that all this training isn’t going to do d!ck if I don’t get enough sleep.

So, I decided to take off chest day and make sure I get my leg and back days in.

My problem areas (aesthetically speaking) are all “pull” muscles—biceps/traps/lats, and hams

I decided to take an extra day off—so chest will have to wait.

I also weighed myself again this week—178, so I guess I’m down 2 lbs.

I’m slakin’ sorry

I skipped heavy chest day, did do heavy back, skipped light leg day, did light chest and tonight I should be doing light back but am so friggin tired.

I’m worn out from this routine and I’m done.

Tonight was going to be my last 10x10 but I just can’t work up the energy.

I’ll be running another mass cycle in Jan—I’ll do it them-FU<K it!

My other days went really really well. My strength is mos def up.

I am taking off next week—the whole week

I’m doing like 2 dose/day, and maybe I’ll do some cardio like Wed. and Sat.—that’s it

Then I’ll start my PCT and recovery

This is where the 6x6 comes into play. It will be rough-but not like the 5’s and dimes

6x6 is only 5 days a week, instead of 6—that’s super nice!

It’s time to give it a rest—my body needs to rest from the past 5 weeks. Next time I may get more out of it.

Anyway, I gotta get some sleep. I would not advise the 5/10 workout for more than 4 weeks—it is just so, so exhausting.

I'll post my "after" pics, and all the data when I'm finished with my PCT.

So I guess I have 4, er, 5 more weeks before I see how this whole endeavor has gone.

Is superdrol ng being discontinued? I noticed its not an ax's site anymore. I gave a whirl and really liked it. do i need to hurry and reorder or is it gonna be around for a while?

I'm not sure--this is the first I've heard of it.

I haven't tried Epi or 3-AD yet, so I can't say what is good or bad.

What I can say is that going by what people say happens when you take a DS or PH--Superdrol NG is certainly a PH.

I experienced shut down, loss of labido, increased acne (backne), all the standard sides---though they weren't too bad; and certainly worth the mass/strength gains I've made.

If you have limited experience with DS/PH then I'd say snag some. If you're very experienced, then something else will come along. I thought the pro/cons of SDNG were pretty impressive.

I' haven't posted my final thoughts--as I'm getting ready to run my PCT.

I suspect that by the time I've finished PCT I will have gained about 7-8 pretty dry pounds. maybe 2lbs fat.

and my lifts have gone up all around by between 15% for smaller lifts and 20-25% on deads and heavier lifts.

I've really been impressed so far--I just coudn't continue the rediculous routine I was doing--I'm starting to get very lathergic.

I haven’t forgotten about you guys.

I am really enjoying this week off, and I’m sleeping like a log.

BUT! I am ready to get back in the gym. I’m a little hot/cold. Most of the time I feel lethargic, but then I have these moments of motivation. I think my PCT will help with the lethargy.

Anyway, Tuesday I’m starting my 6x6 for 4 weeks, alo0ng side my PCT.

I’ll post up my 6x6 plan in the next day or two, along with a reminder of what I’ll be running for PCT.

Can someone explain to me what exactly “gyno” is, and please be a little more specific than “B!tch T!ts.”

Sept 30th w/o--Day 1 of 6x6

Well friends,

It feels good to be back in the gym.
Last night’s workout felt great, I feel strong and flexible. :head:

I really like the addition of the overhead extensions; they work a completely different part of the triceps.

I got a bit more shoulder involvement than I wanted, but that’s ok—shoulders aren’t until Saturday.

And here’s something interesting, I’m up to 184lbs—I sh!t you not!

To be honest it’s difficult to find the time to update this thread everyday. And frankly, I just don’t think anyone is interested in reading it—nobody ever answers my questions.

It seems people on this website are primarily interested in passive aggressive attacks-via chat room,
or talking about stupid meathead sh!t—like if the guy from 300 was on steroids, or how gay tank tops are. :nono:

Anyway; I’ve learned all that I wanted to learn from the site, I’ve gotten some good info on SERMs, AIs, PCTs, DSs and PHs. So, I’m going to quit wasting my time with silly stuff like scientific research, case study analysis and data consolidation.

Who cares about actual data when we could all just ask a “big guy” what he does.

Peace.

Superdrol NG is definitely a prohormone and WILL AFFECT YOUR HORMONAL LEVELS. You should take this with the utmost caution and running a pct shouldnt even be a second thought. Its a must. Good luck and be safe!
