SUPERDROL, M14ADD, FINIGENX AND 1-TEST

Gains appear impressive thus far. However, what exactly are you currently using?
right now i am using the following

20mg of superdrol on my last weeks of it
12cc finigenx ED
12cc (100mg) VPX 1-test ED

I will start the M14ADD in the last 3 days of the first run of superdrol and run it for the rest of the cycle. I will stop the 1-test about three weeks before the end of the whole cycle, and add superdrol again for an extra 2 weeks. this is what i mean

week 1 to 8 finigenx
week 1 to 6 1-test
week 1,2,3 superdrol
week 7 and 8 superdrol
week 3,4,5,6,7 M14ADD
 
DAY 14:

I did shoulders today and was able to put up the 95lb dumbells on shoulder press for 5 easy reps, NOT, five heavy-ass reps. But it aint nutin but peanuts!!!
 
DAY 15:
Today was off day from the gym. I am going to be upping my calories to 4800-5000 tomorrow. yeahhhhh buddy.
 
I just checked this thread. Good job and good plan so far. I'd still suggest that you run SD 1-3, and then kick the M 1,4 in for weeks 4-8. You don't need the overlap, and if you look around, most people find that SD's gains maximize in 3 weeks, then taper considerably. That's why it was so popular for a time to do 3 on, 3 off, 3 on w/ SD. See how you feel as it goes along. JMO, of course.
 
You know the M1,4add been ran for only 4 weeks really is not going to do that much so i will do it for 5 weeks. And as for the superdrol i might go along with what you suggested, but i will see for my self at what point the gains start to diminish, then go from there.
 
DAY 16:

Today was back day and these are the gains thus far. The lifts in bold is what i am doing right now, the one in brackets are my old lifts. My strength is waaayyy uppppp.

-pullups bodyweight + 55lbs 5 reps ( up from bodyweight + 35 )
-Barbell Rows 295lbs for 5 reps (up from 275 lbs)
-Pulldowns 240lbs for 7 reps (up from 220 lbs)
-One arm dumbell rows 140lb for 11 reps (used to do 7 reps)

I could have done more on the one arm dumbell rows but my gym only goes up to 140s.
I got a **** load of stares when i was doing this workout today. I am starting to get scared because the strength gains are coming on hard as hell. Some guy works up to me and asked if i could be his guide in training and nutrition, that he would pay me.

My next back workout section will include deadlift, i do them every other week. I will be going for five plates. Will see till then.
 
DAY 17:

Day 17 did not make it to the gym. Went to my baby sister's graduation and after that went out to eat. Had a few beauties hit on me why i was buying roses for my sister, i had to flash these 19" GUNS :D :D :D in order to get rid of them.
This cycle is THA ****!!
 
DAY 18:

Biceps and Tris day. I had a badass workout today. The lifts in italics are the old lifts, the lifts in bold are the new gains.


Barbell curls 155lbs 6 reps (145lbs 6 reps)
Seated dumbell curls 70lbs 5 reps (60lbs 7reps)
Concerntration curls 50lbs 15 reps (50lbs 11 reps)
Preacher curls 145lbs 6 reps was already blown out (145lbs 6 reps)

Skull crusher 145lbs 6 reps (135 reps 6 reps)
superset
Close-Grip bench 145lbs 8 reps (135lbs 10 reps)

Pull-downs 160 lbs 8 reps (140 8 reps)
superset
Behind the neck-pulls 160lb 8 reps (140lbs 5 reps)
 
I have 3 more days on the superdrol. The M14ADD will be added once i stop the superdrol. I will weigh myself before i start the M14ADD.

I have trained for 6 years the first 3 years i weighed in at shredded 160-170lbs somewhere around there. I was not growing because i did not know how to bulk up right and was grossly overtraining.

hey bro, you have AAS experience, or you just been using PHs? How many cycles have you done of PHs and what were your gains??

No dude i do not have AAS experience. I have done about 4 prohormone cycles. The most gains i ever made was in my last cycle, you can find the log somewhere around here.
 
DAY 19:

off day from the gym stomach virus or something :sick: . Felt too tired to workout. **** I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS.
 
DAY 20:

LEG DAY. I made some solid gains in strength on the squats here is what the workout looks like

Squat 315lbs 7 reps up from 275lbs :cool: :cool: :cool:
Leg press 720lbs 8 super heavy reps up from 690lbs (full reps not the half way like some people do)
Leg extension i go by feel dont really need to gain strength but still up bout 20lbs
Leg curls same as extensions
 
I will be starting the M14ADD at 120mg on in a couple of days when i stop the superdrol. Later on today i will hit chest and i am hoping to get the 115lbs for reps.

One day I'll bulk ... however, for now lets just say that I eat like I'm bulking when i'm not supposed to be. Pizza and beer are the best.

DAY 21:

Chest day. Today i hit my goal AGAIN. Here is what the lifts look like

Incline Dumbell Press 115lbs 5 reps 4 sets
Incline Flyes 55lbs 12reps 4 sets
Decline Hammer Strength 4 plates 7 reps 4 sets
Flat bench flyes 55lbs 12reps 2 sets
Flye machine whole stack 200lbs 10reps 2 sets

As you can see i have added another 5lb per dumbell on the incline, last week i was doing 110lb for same reps.

*I increased the finigenx to 18cc daily divided into 3 servings of 6cc each, and tomorrow is the last day on the superdrol*

I taught i heard the guy that works for ALRI say that MAX LMG was similar to FINIGENX, i really dont know for sure. But if i were you i would just stick with FINIGENX and SUPERDROL. This is how you can run it

week 1,2,3 superdrol 10mg-20mg
week 6,7,8 superdrol 10mg-20mg
week 1 and 2 finigenx @ 12cc daily
week 3,4,5 Finigenx @ 18cc daily
week 6,7,8 Finigenx @ 24cc daily

Before you increase the dosages make sure that you check your calorie intake first. If you increase your calorie intake and still are unable to break the plateau then go ahead and increase the dosages.

I have been training for about 5-6 years. Pix of the wheel will be posted at the end of the cycle bro, still working on them. Yeah my arms grow really fast, right now i am trying to chill out because they are starting to over power my shoulders and chest in think.
 
Today i was chiling with my girlfriend by the pool, when her homegirl started having a sizure. I then called the sheriff department cop that patrols the neighbourhood. While he was trying to help us with stabilizing the girl that was having the sizure i noticed that he kept on looking at me funny. My girl then whispered to me that she noticed it too, well after about 20 minutes the EMS and two other officers joined us. When the EMS picked up the girl and loaded her into the truck i noticed that all three cops were talking and look at me crazy, one of them walks up to me and said "dude you look impressive, howmuch do you bench, what supplements do you take, how do you train, what other special supplements do you take." I answered their questions and laugh at the fact that he said special supplements. The other cops then joined us and said "men you need to come and join the force dude." Anyway they asked for my number and said they want to come and train with me someday.

I am not in anyway a big guy but to be getting comment everyday, and i mean everyday is a really good sign that i am not doing too bad.

Thanks to everybody and their positive comments so far, i really appreciate it because it drives me.
 
DAY 22:

Today was rest day. Tomorrow will be back day and i am hoping to hit my goal in deadlifting 5 plates. Will see how that turns.
 
DAY 23: YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH BUDDYYYYYYYYYYYY 5 PLATES BABYYYYYYYY.

Back day. Here are the gains so far. as you can see i got the planned 5 plates on the deads.

DEADLIFTS- 225lbs 15 reps, 315lbs 12 reps 405lbs 9 reps, 495 reps 4 reps:D :D :D
PULLUPS- Bodyweight + 55lbs 7 reps (i weigh more now so that means i gain some strength)
BARBELL ROWS- 295lbs 6 reps, 315 4 reps
PULLDOWNS- 270lbs 9 reps
SEATED ROWS- whole stack = 290lbs 8 reps

*Every exercise is done in sets of 4*

Today i started the M14ADD at 120mg divided into 3 doses. Stopped the superdrol yesterday. Will be riding the M14ADD for probably 5 weeks. Oh i still have my libido in high gear.
 
DAY 24:

Shoulder day. Here are the gains so far

Dumbell Shoulder Press 95lbs 8 reps, 100lbs 6 reps
Side laterals 40lbs 14 reps, 55lbs 12 reps, 65lbs 7 reps
Rear laterals 40 lbs 12 reps, 55lbs 10 reps, 65lbs 7 reps

there it is.
 
Wait wait wait, you do 65lb dumbbells in each hand for standing side lateral raises? HOLY ****. If I ever see someone at my gym doing that, i would definately give them props. Thats just absurd. Kinda weird since you do 100lb dumbbells on shoulder press. I can get 95's 6 times and I can only do 30's on side lateral raises. Strange?
 
You gonna get some bloodwork done after this cycle? Gains are great as well as your physique...but I'm questioning the use of orals for 8 weeks. Especially that m1,4 dose..that's a little high don't ya think?? Congrats on the gains and all, but I think you should either lay off some of those orals and start using injects or defintalye just get some bloodowrk for preventative measures...good luck w/ the rest bro....
 
The m1,4add people were using 180mg/day commonly--he's only at 120mg/day. I *believe* I saw lean one go up to 250-350mg/day on the m1,4add.

Yeah i do side laterals with the 65lbs dumbells. If you have seen the Jay cutler dvds, the way he does his side laterals is thesame way i do mine. Almost like you are doing close grip front raise with barbells, the only difference is that you are using dumbells at an angle.
