Day 25 - Squats

Cycle: Bit of nausea today. Also felt weak. Unsure why. It followed what proved to be a wildly over-caffeinated super coffee so that may have been it.
Diet: Something is amiss. I confirmed with someone else that I've definitely gained an inexplicable amount of bodyfat for 25 days. I'll snag a few pictures to further illuminate my point. My macros must be way, way off somewhere. There's still time to un**** some of it, but we'll see.
Gym: Dem pumps, son, dem pumpy-puuuuumps. Squats were significant but shorter than desired. My quads looked like I was smuggling watermelons in my shorts so I'm not complaining, but it was roughly half of standard volume. Supplemented with leg press and extensions. Those pumps are just murderous. Honestly, I'll drop SD back to 10mg if I can't find a means to get around this.
