Okay now I'm just simply confused haha. Should I drop everything and just use Torem, or should I use Torem, AND everything I had planned before, because that seems like overkill.

I cannot get a SERM without going over seas and times are tense with that stuff, so I'm not risking it. My nuts will bounce back even if the stuff turns out to be not a good Post Cycle. I've talked to an Endocrinologist about this and he said at my age I will regain normal HPTA function eventually no matter what.

Day 15 of 28

I did chest and triceps today and it was a killer workout. Strength was up 10 lbs on bench and I was pretty happy about that. My weight today was 191=]. I got my order conformation on the Torem so I should have that soon also. The 4-AD has really started making my lethargy and libido issues go away. As my girlfriend will tell you, I wasn't really myself towards the end of the drol part of the cycle. But with the 1000mg of 4-AD I really am feeling better.

EDIT, I Guess from now on the "of" day will be out of 52 haha. Forgot to change that.
 
Day 19 of 52

So as of this morning I'm up a total of 11 pounds and I am happyyyyy=]. The 4-AD has brought on an overall sense of well being. I did shoulders with my friend yesterday and my front delts have never hurt so bad today. I'm going to have to force myself when I do arms today before work. Sorry for the lack of updates though guys, between shopping, working, and lifting, I have had hardly anytime to just sit down and relax. I'll be sure to let you know how todays arm sesh goes.
 
king, why did you axe the ReboundXT? I have seen it many times in logs as one of the foundational PCT ingredients. Just curious.
 
Just out of curiosity are you switching up your routine at all while on? My first cycle I was so happy with the gains that I kept doing the same thing the whole way through. Always heavy, same reps, same split. My second cycle a year lata I switched everything up constantly and the gains were SIGNIFICANTLY better. Not quite the strength gains but much more muscle weight gains. I used the exact same supplements and PHs both times. Just FYI. I quickly skimmed over your log and unless I missed something somewhere you are at 3300cal/day???? Comp is fine but I would bump that up significantly to maybe 4200 at least!! You are not gaining what you could be! Ur stressing your body anyway so you might as well get the full poential out of it. Eat! Good luck!!
 
Don't worry, I've bumped the cals to 4200, its just so hard to eat that much with work and everything, especially keeping it clean, but I am keepin it up there man.

why spend the extra 30 bucks when you already got torem ya know? plus the other 2 products he got are more than enough to get the job done, i just felt it was over kill IMO

also torem is 4x times stronger than nolva so if gyno ever was a problem rebound wouldnt compare to torem IMP
 
Borix, if you start getting sensative nips during PCT I think it would be good to add the Rebound at a low dose since you are now running an aromatizable compound.
 
You cant beat aromasin while on-cycle and during PCT IMO if you are running an aromatizable compound. I wont run another cycle without it because I know I am gyno-prone and I know it works. Lots of guys say it diminishes gains but I didnt notice that at all at 10mg ed. Just FYI maybe for next time. Keep the updates coming looking good thus far.
 
Day 24

Only a couple more days of Epi left=[. I'm up 13 pounds and I don't want to loose any of it haha. But starting saturday I'm ramping up the dosage of 4-AD to 1200mg for the final two weeks. I got the Torem in the mail so I am all set on Post Cycle. Lifts have been crazy lately and strength has gone up a little more. Everyone at my work is telling me how much bigger I am looking. I'll probably post my next update friday which is my last day of Epi.

That's not really necessary, the half life is several days. Just take it all in one dose at a consistent/convenient time.
 
how much did you spill? I think if you were to get through 2 weeks of torm, you will be fine If you have any Hyperdrol X2 lying around, taking 2 AM and 2-4 prebed will help keep you in check. If you must have your Torm, i may be able to help you.

waiting for my epi...i already have fish oil,muti,milk thistle,creatine,and erase.....i was looking to add titanium to the erase for my pct???as far as a serm looking at nolva...should i also pick up cycle assist and daa???Im looking to add mass i'm at 150lbs...how should i run the epi??

Your going to get a lot of people saying figure your diet out first. You have a ton of room to grow naturally yet. But,, With my EPI, I used erase, daa, titanium, and a serm
 
man this blows 2 days into epi cycle and already started feeling lethargic....not even going to try to run it....i guess its true everybodys different
 
im day 11 in and ive seen great strength gains and ive packed on right around 6 pounds with epi, noticing some lethergy but you should be fine man just make sure your eating right and getting enough sleep !
 
think im going to hold off started drive,igf2,erase,litup stack..plus im going to talk to my doc and get a serm dont want to mess anything up.
