Superdrol Dosing times

Looked around and couldn't find any info on this. I am going to just take it in the morning before my workout and then again in the early evening with enough time to let any "buzz" subside so I can go to sleep.

Can anyone in the know validate this? Or have I missed something.

not real sure on the "buzz" question, but I split my dosage up, 1 in the morning, then 2 before I workout in the afternoon. I take 30mg ED though, your dosage may vary....
 
I heard there might be an increase in energy on superdrol which could keep you awake but dont remember if anyone experienced it. try it once then change it if needed.
 
I got a minor charged up feeling no doubt about it on my first couple doses. Like a 1/2 cup of coffee, that lasted about 2-3 hours. I am very stimulant sensitive BTW.

It has decreased over the last day or so though so I may go back to taking it right before bed.

DEFINATELY had sleeping issues the first night. Next night was a little better. Will continue to report.

BTW I am taking 20 mg split into 2 10mg doses.

Following the same dosing. 10 mg at 6AM and then 20 mg at 4PM. Haven't had any sleep problems yet and I'm two weeks in..

How have your gains been so far?
 
I'm taking 20mg/ed about 1.5 hours pre-workout (or roughly 2pm) and my sleep has been horrid (bed at 11pm). I dont seem to get any sort of stimulant feel, but it has still messed up my sleep patterns. I dont fall asleep even though I am tired, and am up every couple of hours.

Otherwise, I have been more then pleased. Good weight gain, solid strength gains (I am 10 days in). If this (sleep pattern) is the only side effect then I have no complaints. Much better then any of the other PH/PS I have tried thus far.
 
I'm in my second week with SD, taking 10mg before I work out and 10 more at night 1 hour before bed. No problems at all. I still take my ZMA and Melatonin and sleep a steady 7 hours a night. I did have a small sleep problem for two days when I started the cycle but it went away quickly.
 
I started using SD and M4OHN Monday. I split the SD into 3 doses throughout the day (30mgs) and the M4OHN into 4 doses throughout the day (36mgs). So far, so good as far as sleep goes. We'll see where I'm at next Monday.

Are you keeping a cycle log on that bro?
I'd really like to know how that combo works out for ya.

I could I guess, but it wouldn't be very good or detailed, especially when it comes to diet. If you want me to I could I suppose.

Just an end result would be fine if you really don't have the time.
We all can understand having too much on our plate.
I was just curious as to how that would turn out in the end.

I'll do a brief description in the Cycle Forum. Won't be much, but It will give you a basic idea of what's going on with the cycle.
