Ate the 2nd SD (10 mg) about 75 minutes before the first rep. This timing is working better for me now.

Okay, finally weighed myself.

179.5. This is up about 7 pounds from day 1. I've been hypercaloric, of course, so that's a major factor.

I weigh myself usually only on Wednesdays, since that's the middle of my work week, and usually any weekend food is out of my system by then. But 179.5 on a Sunday, and I'll weigh in again on Wednesday.

Hard to say mid-cycle. I've gained SOME fat, to be sure, but not sure how much of my gain is LBM and how much is adipose.

Weight: 179.5 this morning (and all of this week). This is up 7.5# since day 1.

Overall, the split was good, but my delts need a day before I attack chest, and my tris have been responding well, but would probably appreciate it, too.

** I hate these, I really do. If you're going light with a narrow grip for the brachialis or brachioradialis AND keeping your chest firmly against the pad, fine. But for lats, going heavy, I think it's a crap machine.

Ate the 2nd SD (10 mg) about 15 minutes before the first rep. The forearm pump was pretty intense.

Got some ferocious pumps/tightness in my spinal erectors - really uncomfortable. Had to chill a little after the SLDLs and couldn't do the hyperextensions right away. Pretty intense.
 
Progress so far:

Weight: Still up about 8#, but my weight gain is tied completely to my caloric intake. I've been hypercaloric the entire cycle, but slightly cyclical, with some significant caloric intake through weeks 1 and 2. My gains on bodyweight are directly connected to that, and not the SD so much, since I haven't gained anything in the last week.

Strength gains: Nothing significant, nothing out of the ordinary of routine gains for me.

Agressiveness/Intensity: no change from normal

So the question is: more food? probably, right? More SD- go from 20mg to 30mg? Maybe. Not sure.

Any input would be appreciated. I feel like the cycle is wasting away (going into week 4) and I'm not making the most of it somehow. I'm happy to just eat more, but I know my body well enough to know that means mostly fat gain, even if I eat very clean.

Great pumps again. Starting to really kick in? Perhaps. Today's pre-wo SD dose was about 60 minutes prior to 1st rep.

I am close to you your age, but a little lighter 170lbs. I wouldn't look for much more from SD. I didn't eat excessive calories either, it always hits the handles if I do. I didn't see any impressive strength gains during my cycles. It's been slow & steady after, but improving nonetheless.
Just an idea. Lower your reps, increase the weight. Don't give your head a chance to think about it just do it. Order some prostanazol, continue to take SD@ 20mg/day thru week 4. Start the Prostanazol @ 75mg/day and run it with the SD @ 10mg/day for a week five. Continue the Prostanazol for an additional 3 weeks. I found it had an excellent partitioning effect maintenance calories, my RMR is ~2000 kcals. Like I stated earlier I experienced a very noticeable decrease in BF with no loss in size, except my waist.
Then a proper PCT.
Great log, keep the intensity up and you will finish very strong. Just know it!

Thanks for the kind words. One the prostanazol idea, that's been coming up. I think I may actually give it a shot, though most of the evidence I read on Prost. is anecdotal. Good anecdotes, not nothing clinical. I'll do another pubmed search.

But I may in fact do that. I couple guys have mentioned it to me specifically, and more than one log has cited stakcing SD with it, to some success.

Yep - that's me predicament. I'm eating at my max right now for lean gains. I know myself well enough to know that for certain. I still plan to up it, but I know when I do, I'll see some additional chest fat, and the handles will enlarge slightly. Bummer, just the way we're programmed.

If you want reliable step further into the dark side. From what I have read Test. would be the most reliable. Most of these chemicals react differently in individuals. Some shutdown, some don't; some just androgenic, some just anabolic.... Sometimes its potluck, but I can get them delivered to my door without worrying about the DEA. Besides, they work.

By the way I don't think you will have much luck finding Prostanazol anywhere in PubMed. Try Stanazol/Stanazolol, that was ALRI's intention.

Notes: So on the bench press, on my attempt at 195, I asked some guy to spot me. I was already on cloud freakin' 9 from the 185, which felt easy, so I was about to rip up 195. I felt like I could bench 1095. So on the first rep of 195, I'm doing it just fine, but then I feel his hands on the bar. I'm like, WTF?

So I tell him, "no help - I'll do another". But of course, I don't have the gas for another, and this one he HAS to help on. Really irked me. So I re-racked it.

I asked him if he helped, and he's like, "you had it, you had a few more reps in you". And I said "I know I ****ing had it - that's the problem. I asked for a spot, not for you to upright row my bench attempt. I was fine. Now I have no idea if I'd made it or not. I can't count it as a rep."

He says "you were fine." He didn't get the point.

Until it's on my neck and my head is blue because I'm unconscious, get your hands off the bar. So then I tried 200 and missed it, and I just went back to 135 for some last reps.

So I can only really count the 185 as truly a success, even though I think I had to 195 just fine. But dillweed took that one away from me.

I'm happy about the 185, but equally disappointed about the 195/200 issue.

i just wanted to bring up for ya again the fact that a prostanozol addition is a good thing. prob too late at this point but dude keep it in mind for another cycle.... i took it with my current pheraplex to superdrol cycle and gained 17 lbs in 5 weeks while getting shredded prob bringing total lbm gains past 20 lbs. cant say enough bout that stack i think it put on solid muscle in the fact that im a week into pct and still gaining in strength and still shredding while maintaining current body weight... saaaweet!

Funny you should mention that - I ordered it yesterday. I saw that post of yours the first time, did a bunch of reading of other peoples' logs and reports, and decided to add it. I VERY rarely change acycle once I'm committed, but this is pretty easy.

I saw a couple guys who added the Prost at the end of an SD cycle, like for the last 2-3 weeks. It's one of the reasons I'm letting this cycle drag a little longer - so I can have time to layer in the Prost for a couple weeks.

Anyway, that's what's up. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm picturing 75mg/day for 2 weeks (stacked with SD), then the SD ends, and I'll continue the Prost until it runs out (another week's worth) and then my PCT.
 
I hear ya about the spotting dude. That really sucks. And them androgens make it difficult to tell what weight you're going to make or not, so an experienced spotter really is a must. One that will let you work, but won't let you kill yourself...

With the help of an experienced spotter, I felt brave to try 275 once recently, during my Emax/Prostan cycle. Long story short, we ended up putting 315 on the bar because he was able to see that's how much I could push, BEFORE I expended all my energy on too many sets going up in weight. Did 2 reps by myself. As I said I thought I was brave putting 275 up there. Just to show how much a good spotter can help.

what did your dosing look like? i'm considering a 6 week cycle of 3 week pp/3 week sd w/prostanozol throughout. even 100mg seems to be undercutting the dosage for most people.

This was a great workout. My form was finally dead-on with the BB rows, and the intensity was there on many of the sets. Good stuff.

Still on 20mg SD - really enjoying it. Gaining weight VERY steadily at 1# every 3 days. In fact, from day 1, it's almost exactly that rate of gain at every weigh-in.

ya i dosed the prostanozol @ 100mg ed with 50mg before w/o
i always took it with my PP and i think the 2 feed off eachother and stack great, pp was 4 weeks @ 10/20/20/30 followed by sd i kinda messed up and over lapped the 2 (PP and SD) and although i feel ok and havent died from liver damage i would suggest not doing that form what ive read about stacking diff methyls even if combined they are still a low dosage it can be very harmful. i would propose that you run PP 10/20/20/30 bridge with prstan starting week 3 and into SD @ 10/20/20/20(30 if needed or not at all if you want to be nice to your liver. heres my log for results but if i do this again itll be alittle differentInvalid Link Removed

That's the kind of cycle I'll likely do next, too. For the record. Love the SD, have some prostan on hand (though I need more to run at the higher dosages), and PP is also testing well on people whose journals and anecdotes I trust.

Seated DB Curls: 5 sets of about 12
DB Hammers: 3 sets of 12-13 with the 30s and 32.5s.
EZ Curls: 5 fast sets of 5 (very short rests) with about 65#.

The CGBP sets are good sets for me. I'm feeling good gains lately in my tris, and I know my bench press gains are 100% tris, not delts. When this cycle ends, I need to rethink my deltoid plan and change the structure a little bit. I'm making delt progress, but not as much as I should. They are my weak point right now.

My visual guess (and I am usually pretty close when I measure other people) is that I've gone from about 13-14% to about 15-16%.

I have a bioimpedence thingy at one gym, and it only has me going from 13.3 to 14.8, but that was almost a week ago, and I don't know how those things do when water retention is an issue. So I take it with a grain of salt.

But I'm very happy with the cycle, and I'm very eager to begin PCT and begin to scale my eating back to normal, and let some of the fat come off.

Just my .02. From my experience it is not necessary to run the prostanazol >75mg. I had an ~3-4% decrease of BF with 75mg/day X 3 weeks. Take advantage of this current cycle by extending it for the Prostanazol, you will probably experience some extended SD results after. Just cut your Kcals back to maintenance, don't forget to include any new LBM. Don't worry about taking prior to workout; take with meals which contain fat. Back when there was an ALRI forum that was discussed and taking with meals containing fat helped with its systemic distrubution.

Sorry for the unsolicited advice, but I see a few similarities between our cycles and the above is what I did with good results. I lost BF without losing muscle size.

Jeez - more than okay with me - that's the whole point of this silly little log.

So just to repeat it all for clarity:
1. you/others had experienced sufficient success at 75mg Prostan ED
2. taken with the meals that contained lipids
3. ovelapping the last couple weeks of other cycles?

I had expected to cut this cycle off tomorrow, PCT, and then be clean for a month, and then start SD again with the prostan, possibly phera-plex, not sure.

But if the word around the campfire is that it's worth it to continue so I can immediately add the Prostan, so be it. Just want to be clean on what's worked with others.

I've gotten a number of suggestions on various sites - just sorting it all out.

Legs were still feeling a little weary from... something. Not sure what. So I took it easy there, but got in some good reps anyway.

The delt workout was for a change of pace, plus some more compound efforts. My overhead pressing sucks, so I'm trying to work it from a number of angles and leverage points.
