Hammer Angled Pull Downs: 90 x 15, 180 x 10, 230 x 7
Traps:
BTB BB Shrugs: 135 x 25 , 225 x 20, 225 x 25
Rack Pulls: 225 x 5, 315 x 5, 365 x 5
Bis:
Incline DB Curls: 20 x 12, 22.5 x 12, 25 x 12
Preach. Curls: 65 x 3, 45 x 12, 35 x 15
Ate the 2nd SD (10 mg) about 75 minutes before the first rep. This timing is working better for me now.
No cardio today. Cooled down, went home, ate.
