Superdrol BRIDGE

Here we go! The great winter bulk is upon us... I am going to layout what I have planned and you guys can critique as much as you want. I will be spending a good chunk on this cycle as I want to be as safe as possible and keep as much as I can! Let me know what you guys think...

Stats:
Weight: 225. Max Bench: 350
Height: 5'11. Max Squat: 450
BF%: 13%. Max Deadlift: 455

Total cycle time 10-12 Weeks
Compounds: Superdrol, Trest, LGD, RAD-140
PCT: Clomid, Super PCT, DAA, Dermastr3ngth, Ep1c, HMB
Supplements: Protein, Creatine, Multi, Omegas
On-Cycle Supps: Ar1mcare Pro, Tudca, Hawthorne Berries

Week 1-4
Superdrol- 10/10/20/20
Trest- 50/50/75/100
----BRIDGE----
Week 5-10/12
LGD- 4/4/8/8/8/8/12/12
RAD-140- 4/4/8/8/8/8/12/12
Trest- 50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50
(Debating on 6-8 weeks, thoughts?)

On-Cycle supps:
TUDCA- 1.5 grams daily throughout entire cycle
Hawthorne Berries- Pre loaded 2 weeks before cycle and throughout entire cycle

PCT:
Clomid- 75/50/25/25
Super-Pct- 4 caps daily x 4 weeks
DAA- 2 caps daily x 4 weeks
HMB- 3 grams daily x 4 weeks and On
Dermastr3ngth- 1 pump daily x 4 weeks
Ep1c- 1 pump daily x 4 weeks

NUTRITION:
Will be coming off of a cut from 2000 calories. Going to bump up to 2500.
40% Protein
40% Carbohydrates
20% Fats
Will keep it as clean as possible but it is a bulk so I will cheat here and there...

Going into PCT I will bump calories up to 3200 to help maintain gains as much as possible and BF gain is no worries.

Workout:
I will be following the FST-7 Program by Hany Rambod; I have had much success with this program in the past and will continue with it through my cycle and PCT.

ALL INPUT IS ACCEPTED!

I would add some mk 677 ghar1ne on pct to keep gains thee rest is good enjoy your cycle bro :)

I would run the sarms before the sdrol.

LGD + trest into -->superdrol + trest

I don't see the need for rad seems like over kill.

But if you want to use it for ****s n giggles I would use it with the superdrol + trest +(rad) to help tighten up.

I would buy some taurine just incase you get back pumps from sd.

For Pct drop the DAA super pct with all other you mentioned is enough

Nothing suggests that Mk 677 would "keep gains" if used during PCT. It would take many months to see any type of significant changes. It would give you more of an appetite and better quality sleep but that's about it.

MK-677 has been shown to -reverse- catabolism in calorically restricted individuals so its use makes sense in PCT. Also, said effect was noticed in mere 7 days of administration.

So I'm reversing the bridge if that makes sense. I'm doing the SARM's first and bridging into the SD. Still don't know whether to 6-8 weeks what do you guys think?
 
Why would the Sarms be better to run before the sdrol

Because I don't think the SARM's will do much after such a strong PH; why not gain 10-12 off of the SARM's and then bridge into SD and gain another 15-20? My pct is going to include everything listed plus Cardarine and Gharine...
 
Since I am flipping the cycle I will be starting Monday. I want to be completely done with the actual "on" cycle before the end of January. I will create another thread if anyone wants to follow it.
 
Are you going to run the LGD 6 or 8 weeks? And how long on the rad isn't lethargy an issue around 4 weeks
 
You could grab some oral Trest and take 25mg pwo. That would get your Trest to 75mg a day. That's what I'm running and loving it

Edit: I'm taking 75mg TD, wish I would have gotten some oral for pwo

I have oral, that's what I planned on doing. But 50mg instead of 75mg.
