superdrol and joint soreness

Hey everybody! First off I would like to wish everybody a happy Thanksgiving and good eating. Thanksgiving is truely the bodybuilder's holiday. You can eat all the turkey and veggies and rice you want! What could be better?

I want to say first that I researched this site backwards and frontwards and can not find a difinative answer to my specific question of how to counter-act the intense soreness and pain that I feel when on cycle. Ive done several epistane cycles and am currently on my 2nd week of my 1st Mdrol cycle. Im loving Mdrol and the gains are already coming. 5 lbs in 8 days isnt too shabby I think. unfortunately im feeling alot of pain in my shoulders and knees, which is a regular issue with me. I was counting on one of you super cool guys to have some secret remedy that you wouldnt mind sharing. I use fish oil and every other support sup that I know about. What about Cissus? I've heard alot of good things about it.
 
i wish i knew how to help you. If it's a regular issue for you, what do you regularly do about it? Certainly low estrogen and rapidly increasing strength is going to be bad news on your joints. I've gotten this issue once and I tried Cissus and it didn't do **** (another reason I hate all OTC supps), these days I just have to cross my fingers, haven't gotten any joint problems yet.

The most simple thing to do is to make sure you're getting plenty of omega3 fatty acids like fish oil, beyond that you try different joint support supps
 
try taking dhea. 50mg 30min-1hr pre workout and 25-50mg before bed.

this should help with the soar joints. try it for a few days, if it doesn't help at that dosage, you can either up it too 100mg pre, 50mg before bed, or get some test. but i think the dhea should help.
 
i have not tried cissus. have to jump on that. Unreal, to answer your question about what i regularly do, i tend to just push through it and deal with the pain. Ive incorporated DHEA for the first time this cycle (25mg as of right now) and its helping during the time that im not at the gym, but when im there bustin arse the pain just shows up. I dont have a problem pushing past it but I figured that im not getting any younger and I need to find a solution before i do some permanent damage to the ol' joint tissues. sucks because I usually just pop a few Motrin, but on cycle thats a big no no. Thanks for the feedback.
