CRUSHED shoulders today.

walked into an almost empty gym. grabbed the 45lb dumbells. sat down. pushed them over head for 12 reps to get the blood flowing. grabbed a 10lb plate and warmed up my rotators further immediately after. about 45 seconds later, grabbed the 65 lb bells for another warm up set of 12. another 45 seconds. another 10 lbs and 12 reps. 45 seconds later i did it again. and again. for the last set i hit 75's and then 55's for 8 each (starting to gas on the high intensity short breaks with slow negatives)

seated shoulders on the smith- 135x10 super set with 17.5lbs each hand lateral raises. 1 minute break. 185x10, super set 17.5lbs lateral raises. 1 minute. 185x8 superset 17.5. 1 minute break 135x10 no superset.

by the time i got done doing my pressing movements i thought my delts were going to pop. so i went and did cables for the same rep counts as my back day- 4 sec neg, 2 sec pause, 2 sec push.

Rear delt cable flies, 15lbsx10. 20lbsx10. 20lbsx10. 20x10 dropset 10x10

facepulls. 3x12 @ 80 lbs

20 minutes on the elliptical.

shoulders are still killing me 2 hours later. LOVE the pump.

135x10 for 2. Tweaked my groin somewhere in there.. no biggy. 225x5 250x5 275x5 305x3. It was humbling weight compared to parallel squats but cant complain. Concentrated on a slow negative and explosion from the hole. Almost a jump squat.

Leg press (low board)
Went 4 sets up to 5 plates each side. Its a 120lb sled you do the math. 10 slow neg explosive push reps.

Leg press (high board)

Real hammy killer. 2plates each side. Same rep style. 10 reps 3 sets

Stiff leg deads

135x8 for 4 sets.

Leg extensions.

Who cares what weight. 3 sets heavy as fûck 25 reps.

Standing leg curls
Not sure on weight again 2 sets 15 reps each leg

Standing calf raises. Dc training rep count.

slightly. getting the same "anabolic" pumps as before and i look like i'm holding a bit more water. actually got a slight back pump a little while ago. i think its safe to say theyre kicking in. i do feel pretty good that's for certain. If you've never used them i'd recommend them, i really enjoyed them previously. anadrol is also a nice drug... I'll update my weight tomorrow and also have an updated work out since today's an off day.

The pez gave me some serious back pumps. One time I barely made it threw mowing my yard! Lol and I only ran it at 75 mg once!

today was chest and tri's

flat bench- bar threw me off, it was one of the 65lb bars that are slightly wider and obviously heavier. the knurling rings were farther out so hand position confused me for the first few warm up sets

Bro FYI the headaches are from the pez! My buddy and I got them bad everyday for the first 7-10 days then they went away! Could be just cause of the ugl! They do go away though!

the weights all in my face. i have the cheeks of a 300lb dude again.. lol. the back pumps were hell at 75. i still might get some more taurine and bump to 75 for the last 2 weeks.

i took half a scoop on my leg day on saturday. I need to get some hawthorne berry to help the blood pressure a little bit so im taking it easy on stims. i'll pick some up tomorrow after work since its an off day from the gym anyways. i will say though, fresh fruit is way better than cherry limeade.

off day. 50 mgs dbols. jabbed 250/325 i'm going to ny next friday for a week, so im kinda sorta changing my pin plan so i can pin a whole week worth before i get on the plane to keep my numbers elevated while im there. when i get back i'll be bumping test to 750 and eq will remain. On a more serious note. I'm seeking a little advisement. About 8 months ago my uncle my self and my father booked a "family" fishing trip. the 3 of us were headed to canada for some epic musky action. the trip is supposed to happen august 27th-30th. At the time we booked i wasnt expecting to be employed. as soon as i found out we were getting another contract i told my boss i needed that week off. he said sure no problem. i bought the plane tickets to head back home and everything was a go. UNTIL today. My bosses boss is being a tool. Told my boss to let me know i could go on vacation if i dont want to come back to a job. that was flat out what he said. i've done nothing to piss anyone higher up off at work. in fact i've done absolutely everything i can under my power to ensure we deliver our finished product on time, to include sacrificing sleep and sanity by switching from days to nights in the middle of back to back 80 hour work weeks. I'm severely ass hurt by the response from the manager. The money right now is absolutely insane. I'll be leaving here for sure in november with a minimum of 30 grand in my savings account, and that's living like a rockstar. i could save more if i acted like a cheap ass. i do get offered jobs quite frequently in my career field, but nothing is paying nearly as much as this. if i took a 50% pay cut i wouldnt be surprised. I guess what im getting at is, this ass hole manager thats out for nothing but lining his pockets is stepping between me and family. family is #1 over anything else in this world. Self physical and mental health are number two. Job isnt really that high up the list. However, i do need to be a mature and responsible adult and continue to pay my bills, which right now my truck payment is ridiculous. I guess, what I'm looking for is what would ya'll do? I'm considering jumping ship but I'm also considering sticking here and punching the manager in the f*cking nose when he shows up at the end of the contract.

get some toco-8 from PP, I have been running it throughout cycle and my nuts have stayed nice and full. Stuffs works great!

Oh, and dont jump ship until you have something equal to or better fully lined up and ready to go. Until you shake hands with another employer and fill out contracts for employment sit tight and take your anger out in the gym...

TOCO-8? i'll have to look at it im not familiar with it. since you said your lh and fsh are still normal and youve been on for 7+ weeks maybe thats not a bad idea. i know im shut down. my junk is ready to dissapear lmao.

Well I took a look at my actual results and I am shut down but not anything too drastic or heavy. Toco 8 is pretty cheap and is definitely doing its job

Check out primordial performances website for all the literature on. I have seen it used in place of HCG on cycle and for PCT.
