super/s/mdrol once/week on arms day?

I tried taking a single 10mg pill yesterday and posted my experience in a thread... here is an excerpt:

That SD 1x/week thread got me thinking. So, this morning I took my first SD pill ever, just 10mg about an hour before I left for the gym. Man, it's insane how powerful this stuff is. Before I even stepped foot in the gym veins were popping out everywhere and I was feeling pumped. Needless to say, I got an awesome workout. On top of that, all day I've felt fan-f*cking-tastic. No wonder people make insane gains with this stuff, I'd swear I can almost feel my muscles growing.

Anyway, I'm a believe now, SD really is the sh*t.

It's easy for me to believe that 1x SD pill per week will aid in gains. It's been over 24 hours and I'm still feeling pumped even though there shouldn't be a significant amount in my system anymore. SD is some good stuff for sure. What really blew me away was how awesome I felt all day yesterday. Some people report feeling crappy while on SD, but those sides probably take a while to go into effect.
 
i tried both 10, and then 20mg pre-workout. i guess i had slightly more pump/focus but nothing special ie easily comparable to a fancy preworkout supp like superpump or something

SD however, now that was highly effective
 
In terms of training, my big muscle groups have grown well (quads, back, chest, ~shoulders), calves are coming but my arms are still under developed.

They are strong enough to enable me to do heavy dead lifts (grip), bench and shoulder presses, and good rowing but size wise they suck

I have recently adopted a new regime for arms starting with low reps 1st then working up to 12 reps BUT i read in another thread, a guy had a few The One caps left and a rep said he cud 1 or 2 prior to the odd training session to give him a boost.

On that rational, and with Superdrol/Mdrol having a short half life, could i take a single dose prior to my arms workout (only once/week)?

Do you think this would be a good idea to boost muscle growth?

Or is it simply a waste

I have pretty long arms, and they just suck as well. I have the hardest time getting any shape on the biceps. Wrists are also a sticking point. You would probably be better off with some IGF-1 for something like this, if you were looking for quick results. I have, however, heard of people doing 1-2 day/week pulse-like cycles, and getting decent results.

thanks for the suggestion but saying i should try IGF1 instead of 2 tabs of SD is like saying instead of ford taurus i should drive a ferarri.

2 caps of SD here costs ~ 60p and is easily obtainable.

As an update I did this for around 3 months. Results were decent. Lifting days I've gone up to 225x5 on the floor press and then stalled for a few weeks in a row. This comes down more to diet than supplements as I have been slacking on good food as of late. As far as sides go I developed headaches and slight lethargy on days that I went up to 30mgs. Overall it's fun being ON for a day lol. Contemplating on what to do next.
 
Unreal, if I was to do a 3x a week pulse 10mg-20mg for 4-5 weeks what would you say the pct should be like? Reason for asking is due to the lower toxicity compared to straight cycle
