super/s/mdrol once/week on arms day?

ok guys, just got back from arms day at 10mg 1hr pre workout... could be psychosematic or real but definitely had a great session

it was an odd feeling, slightly more power but it felt like my muscles were working better

BUT i will see again next weekend to see if its a fluke or cos of the SD
 
Last week I decided to do SD for a single shot just to test this out. Its my first run on SD so I had no clue what to expect. I dosed 10mg pre (75 min before warmup.) Workout was a monster. I'm running a modified heavy duty with all working sets doing 6 second eccentrics. Added 2 more reps to my deadlift with 405. Felt like my back was going to shred apart but it was there. Muscle was still ready to go for more and recovered well but the CNS couldn't go for more.

Also dosed 10 mg post.

I felt alpha for a good solid 10 hrs after the last dose. I'm normally pretty damn alpha so I had to mental hold myself back a bit. Okay, more than a bit.

SD is no joke. Nothing to be scared of but its worth respecting. But 1 pill has some punch.

Run it at 20-30mg straight for 3 weeks. You might understand why it scares some people. You'll also understand why it is king when it comes to packing on strength/size in an incredibly short amount of time.

I don't think I would ever run it straight again. I am not on the pulsing bandwagon, but the stuff is poison compared to other hormones, and the results I think could be great from just 3 times a week.

Plus the liver damage it did to me ruined my appetite, which IMO ruined my cycle as far as taking it to it's potential.

I dont need the rapid gain that comes with a 3 week cycle, im happy keeping it to once a week now, and then maybe in a little time go to a pulse of eithe 2-3x/week

a straight 3 week cycle - too many problems for me eg liver values and needing a serm whereas my plan, very slow and steady and very happy (no lethargy either)

Anyone else wanna jump in and log this?

with it being one per week, the progress for that single day will be slow and being once per week, perhaps a log might be too slow for people to follow. maybe a 'after one month or 2 months' thread to compare before and after might be more appealing
 
One thing about pulse (if you read the huge thread) is that your natural test levels can actually rise on the off days - referred to as the bounce. So your totally effects might be much higher than just the single dosing.

I definitely feel the bounce for a day or two after dosing.
 
well...the idea behind pulsing is to take a high dose a a few times a week...not a low dose a few times a week. I would be tempted to try 40 or 50mgs if it were me.
 
for one day a week? its not so bad....theres lots of products out there dosed at 40-50mgs for a straight cycle. Not saying thats good...just saying its been done..

Oh, one day a week... I thought we were talking a 3 day a week pulse.

Yea, there are products out there dosed at 40-50mg for a straight cycle, just the thought of superdrol that high scares me. haha
 
20mg doesn't bother me. Thinking of trying 20 pre and 10 post. 40mg and above, I don't know about that lol. I won't rule it out, though.
 
tried 20mg pre today, and wow!!!

attempted dips 1st and the focus/control was immense, skull crushers went fairly well but then close grip press downs were great as well. got a pump in my triceps that brougth out my lateral heads like ive not seen before

biceps also went fairly well but i blame my choice of exercises

Now I can't wait to workout tomorrow.
 
So the verdict is, DO IT?

my twice/week sd now, put in an ai in the evening aswell to be safe, has lead to a nearly 2kg increase in weight in ~2-3 weeks

however, i was already loaded on creatine so i wonder how much of it is muscle, extra glycogen, and fat

I believe it's all glycogen. But few will admit it except Seth Roberts. That's why you grow so fast. LBM is very very slow process, 1-2 lbs per month maybe.
 
trained arms again today, and had a phenomenal session

did dips 1st and managed 5 sets of 8-12 reps with 2 sets of negatives. simply amazing

ie last session, couldnt manage a worthwhile 5th set, and each set was really intense
 
I am pulsing SPAWN, this is my second saturday where I added 10 mg of SD together with 60mg of spawn. You can really feel the strength and hardening from the SD. Big difference. I also noticed from both SPAWN & SD a sort of increased mental sharpness and focus-i feel almost smarter. Anyone else notice this?

You are pulsing 10mg SD, 60mg of Tren and 16 mg of epi - how often are you hitting that?

not an increased - i pushed it so hard at the gym i wanted to sleep after yesterday

but yea, the SD is definitely effective
 
man, 50mg would probably literally put me to sleep. maybe the lethargy is less of an issue with once/week dosing, but at 3x/week 30mg knocked me into a stupor both days i tried it.. made my muscles grow though
 
Any new results from anyone out there? Recently hit 250 on floor press but some of that may have to do with eating more and the fact that I've done 265 at one point. Anyone expirimenting with different dosages/compounds?
 
i only did a few weeks so, ~8 SD caps in total which is practically nothing but great.

start at 1 (10mg) and if that works, try 20. no more though.

do you have any pics....no offense but im finding it hard to believe that 8 caps of superdrol made an "amazing difference" in the size and strenght of your arms....

the only pics i have are from 2 weeks ago when i started my fat burning transformation

i understand your doubt. here's my routine combined with the SD

dips (varying styles eg negatives, pausing at the stretch etc)
skull crushers
press downs or single ended cable extension

ez bar curl
hammer curl
conc curl

dips i have noticed a huge increase in strength, same with hammer and ez curl. the rest of the exercises are pretty standard.

the biggest difference is that now i have lateral head triceps definition/shape where i didnt before. the general mass of the biceps have increased but peak is... somewhat lacking for now. also, the long head of the tricep is slightly filled out too

small mass increases in each area have cumatively lead to a big gain

Not hard for me to believe. Even if the compound itself weren't stimulating muscle growth, the boost you get during your workout must count for something.
 
Maybe one could do SD EOD along with another compound on the off days from SD. One day to SD, next day take some epi/tren/pplex etc. And just rotate it for a few weeks.
 
from what Unreal has said about SD, its possibly the best PH out there for this type of thing... unless you're a super responder to epi as some have pointed out
 
It seems to be working fairly well. I don't know how much is just from eating more but there seems to be a difference. I doubt anything but sd would really work for this. I think it is worth a shot if you can resist the temptation to down more pills during the other workouts. That one hour a week really flies by lol.
 
listentocky - glad you like it and support the idea

i've compared epi and SD in terms of this pre-workout effect and for SD is significantly better
