Last week I decided to do SD for a single shot just to test this out. Its my first run on SD so I had no clue what to expect.
SD is no joke. Nothing to be scared of but its worth respecting. But 1 pill has some punch.
Run it at 20-30mg straight for 3 weeks. You might understand why it scares some people. You'll also understand why it is king when it comes to packing on strength/size in an incredibly short amount of time.
I don't think I would ever run it straight again. I am not on the pulsing bandwagon, but the stuff is poison compared to other hormones, and the results I think could be great from just 3 times a week.
Plus the liver damage it did to me ruined my appetite, which IMO ruined my cycle as far as taking it to it's potential.
Anyone else wanna jump in and log this?
One thing about pulse (if you read the huge thread) is that your natural test levels can actually rise on the off days - referred to as the bounce. So your totally effects might be much higher than just the single dosing.

well...the idea behind pulsing is to take a high dose a a few times a week...not a low dose a few times a week. I would be tempted to try 40 or 50mgs if it were me.
for one day a week? its not so bad....theres lots of products out there dosed at 40-50mgs for a straight cycle. Not saying thats good...just saying its been done..
tried 20mg pre today, and wow!!!
attempted dips 1st and the focus/control was immense, skull crushers went fairly well but then close grip press downs were great as well. got a pump in my triceps that brougth out my lateral heads like ive not seen before
biceps also went fairly well but i blame my choice of exercises
So the verdict is, DO IT?
my twice/week sd now, put in an ai in the evening aswell to be safe, has lead to a nearly 2kg increase in weight in ~2-3 weeks
however, i was already loaded on creatine so i wonder how much of it is muscle, extra glycogen, and fat
I am pulsing SPAWN, this is my second saturday where I added 10 mg of SD together with 60mg of spawn. You can really feel the strength and hardening from the SD. Big difference. I also noticed from both SPAWN & SD a sort of increased mental sharpness and focus-i feel almost smarter. Anyone else notice this?

You are pulsing 10mg SD, 60mg of Tren and 16 mg of epi - how often are you hitting that?
yup, make an amazing difference to my arms. strength and size.
i only did a few weeks so, ~8 SD caps in total which is practically nothing but great.
start at 1 (10mg) and if that works, try 20. no more though.
do you have any pics....no offense but im finding it hard to believe that 8 caps of superdrol made an "amazing difference" in the size and strenght of your arms....
