Did legs yesterday.

Squats went from 185x8 last week to 205x7 this week lol.

I'm going to attach a picture from the beginning to now. Keep in mind I did not try to keep lean through this. The goal was to put as much size on as possible at a reasonable rate.

Water retention - yes a bit.
Fat gain - yes a bit.
Strength gains - tons.
Muscle gains - guaranteed.

186lbs to 206lbs so far, you can clearly tell I'm getting thick and juicy 🤪

Alright boys today sums up the last day of the Andros.

186lbs to 209lbs - 23lb increase 8 weeks
(Keep in mind I was eating in a surplus and works been so crazy it hasn't been super clean just aims for macros)

Squats 155x12 to 205x8
Bench press 155x8 to 185x6/8
Incline db press 70x8 to 85x8
Shoulder Db press 60x10 to 75x6/8
Pec deck - no idea what it was before but I can max out the machine now lol
Seated military press 105x12 to 135x12

Still size 32 pants, 23lbs up and same waist size. It is a lot more snug now but they still fit lmao.

Pct starts tomorrow. We'll see if I lose any strength or weight over the next 4-6weeks.

I'll keep the log open for that. Been a good ride boys 🤙

Dang that's a crazy weight increase. Almost 3 lbs a week.

Well boys I dropped about 4lbs so far. Not bad for a 23lb increase in 8 weeks.

Just water weight too. Less bloat, same strength and I'm back to a loose 32" waist lol.

Balls are full again already so pct is going good hahaha

In south carolina for the week. Enjoy the vacation Pic 🤙

Alright boys. Today wraps up the last day of pct.

Final weight before pct was 211lbs I believe (too lazy to scroll)
Final weight today is 206.4lbs

As for strength goes; major lifts went down about 10lbs give or take. Accessory lifts about 5lbs. (Also took a whole week off of the gym mid pct lol so that probably didn't help)

Sides for the entire 8 weeks; had one week of low sex drive and lethargy but other then that nothing at all. Body hair did seem to grow faster for me in particular anyways lol.

Still size 32 in the weight but I did gain a bit of fluff around the mid section but whatever. Going to keep bulking until mid winter.

On a side note; numerous people have told me that I gained a **** ton of size - gym people, family, friends, etc.

Anyhow what's next fellas 😈 let's hear some input.

It's always nice hearing it from other people that the hard work is paying off!

Curious to hear where you’re at now? As far as size and strength gains…holding onto everything?

Strength dropped a bit but nothing crazy.

Weight dropped a bit too, but that's more or less because I did a 4 week diet break to try and get a little tighter.

Still sitting over 200lbs and holding strong.

I've switched to high volume for the next few weeks. Today I benched 135x18 like it was nothing lol.

I'd say reasonable gains kept man!

Is it ok to ask where you sourced your 4 andro and epi?
They’re legal supplements. You don’t need a source, just an online shop. Most supp shops have some. Pretty sure Strong, DPS, Suppz, A1… I can’t think of any others off the top of my head.
