That is absolutely not a beginner cycle, its as harsh as it gets

Yes its pretty harsh. I wouldn't start with DMZ. Start your first cycle with epi, Invalid Link Removed , The top five epi products are listed on this page as well. Epistane is a very common beginner PH. Once you feel you've done a couple cycles then maybe jump to SDMZ 3.0. Always run a cycle support product as well even if it is a less harsh PH. Hope this helps.
