COOKYE32 if I were you I would start my cycle with a wet compound to add mass and kick start it and then I would add a dry compound and an androgenic one to finish it off!

Well Cooky32 I'm really concerned about liver... you should think again about injectables, it won't be as toxic as pill form, but you have to research more about the pining methods and all that stuff .I don't know anything more about injectables so idk if it has more benefits or bad side effects. We'll I know that most injectables stay in your system for a really long period. But in his case orals is the best choice + I think orals are for your first cycles to see how your body reacts to PH/AAS/TEST.Imagine you are a newbie and you want to taste a little bit of the dark side. If your take an injectable and you come across really bad sides then you'll have to wait week/s till its half life pass and you will carry on with them , but with an oral you can get away from them in a few hours .However, orals can destroy your liver if you don't know what you are doing.
I think nice mild short oral cycles are a good place to start so you can figure out if you have the dedication to go thru the sides and pct before taking harsher stuff that can cause bigger issues.

I was thinking of doing the same work out but one heavy and one light day.. However,despite the fact that i will be on gear (faster recovery),I was worried +about over training, but your plan looks fantastic I'm thinking of using your split: P.
100mg of tren a day. Day 4 today.
I feel good. Strength is gradually improving but too soon to tell definitively.
Pumps are noticeably better. Im eating a moderate to. Low carb diet.
3 days a week are power days. Bench, squat Deadlifts.
4th and sometimes 5th day is delts, arms, traps, and back. Posterior chain work and assistance work mixed in on power days.
Im not a bodybuilder. No offense to them. I was one. I just love this more

I regret not doing one! Strength gains have just began to hit me the past 3 days actually. Deadlift from beginning of cycle went from 505 to now 525 1rm. I'm loving it. I have so much focus and aggression in the gym which I love. You should love it dude

If you're gonna do that, stack it with Clen. T3 and Clen work amazingly well together, provided your diet, training etc is in check (As Usual)
I know this isn't my log man, but thought I'd tell ya. Tren is at 90mg ed now (15mg caps). The Epi at 80mg and keeping it there (20mg caps). I just don't wanna leave the gym it gets so intense. Not even through my 2nd week and i can only imagine the 6th week right now. I'm keeping lifts higher rep medium weight so I don't tear myself up too badly. I'll lift heavy during PCT, just don't wanna hurt the joints. Conditioning went very well too. All lifts are very solid, Not too much physical change yet, but my delts are coming in a lot better. I've heard you don't see them til at least week 3 so I'm excited. Lifts are high though and definite rep increases.
Like the past 3 days, i've been at the gym for a solid 3-4 hours just lifting and doing heavy conditioning. Of course throwing in protein shakes and karbolic every now and then to prevent catabolism. sip bcaas the whole time (Xtend, Furk yeah scivation!)

gonna be a lean bulk.. ive cut about 10kg in the last few months in contest prep so i dont want to all out bulk and add a bunch of fat because ill be starting the cycle about 3 weeks after the show date
so ill continue a cab cycle after the show and slowly add carb meals in so i dont bloat and get fat (except for a weekend brunch or 2 that i have planned!)
once i create a new log for the cycle ill have training and nutrition all lined up
looks like ill do a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off training schedule
off days will be cardio/abs and low carb (ill be doing light cardio on lifting days every now and again like walking up hills)
leg and back days will have high carbs
chest, shoulder, arms will have medium carbs
after 3 weeks of the cycle ill switch to 3 on 1 off
diet will change depending on how i look/feel
training style: non-linear periodization style going for strength training at the beginning of the week and "bobybuilding style" at the end of the week
will have a 1 week "de-load" (if necessary) after 3 weeks when i go from 2/1/3/1 to 3/1/3/1 where ill keep weights at 65%-70%
