done multiple logs on here before, but my stats have changed a bit. 23, will turn 24 during the cycle. still 5'11" 197lbs. 11.3 -12% bodyfat (i have pics somewhere in the weight loss section). lifting for 5 years now. so, i have not run anything since last summer, which was a nice helladrol run and i loved it. so, i was thinking of doing it again this summer. Here is the game plan for now:
Helladrol: 75/75/100/100/100/100
P-stanz: 200/200/250/250/300/300
11-oxo topical (homemade): 125/125/125/125/125/125
(a big maybe, possible overkill) tren-e (prodienolone): 0/0/60/60/60/60 (i have 1 bottle left)
PCT: i have torem, clomid, and nolva at the ready but can't decide which i like using best. my first inclination is clomid.
clomid: 50/50/50/50
DAA: 3/3/3/3
Some kind of preworkout + creatine.
this is going to be a ridiculous recomp effort on my part. i did really well dropping body fat using just clen and cardio back in october, so im guessing this will be a fun ride. planning on 4 lifting days, with 3 cardio days. 30-45 min cardio on non-lifting days. 15 - 20 min on lifting days. really hoping to drop down to single digits and just get leannnnn! and stay between 195-200lbs. obviously adjust my calories as needed.
any critique is welcome. also, the tren-e is a big maybe. its just been sitting in my drawer for 3 years now and i was waiting for the right time to use it. if i dont use it this cycle, ill just give it to my brother.
