I am 40 years old and after wife had baby i put on some weights.. we all know how that goes. But, I been doing cardio 3-4 days a week and having a hard time dropping lbs.. I am looking for suggestions on a summer cut???? I did a cycle of furuza-a and bulk up before. I am not looking for anything to harsh.

I been looking at andro factory lean cuts.. anyone have any feed back if they used it before?

currently 200lbs :(

diet is in check

Ive used lean cut twice and every log has been positive on it...

Its in the AF subforum... my diet was solid but I lost close to 15 pounds, I was high bodyfat....

You could also do a simple Halo X or Brawn (Epi) Cycle from Ironflex supplements

Use code AM20 for 20% off your order..

I'm about to start my cut.

I'm gonna try Albuterol and L-Carnitine injections. U might want to consider other non-androgen options.

Also, lay off steady state cardio. Not the best way to burn fat but its a way.

Try sprint intervals in the am and stay fasted for another 3-4 hours afterwards. You'll get the bad weight off like that.

How does albuterol compare to clen?

Why not run something like an ECA stack rather than gear?
Don't go for the shortcut until you are low body fat already..

I've used oral winny before for a cutting cycle it went really good but my joints got taxed even though I dosed omegas high. I'd say if you can't get legit aas in the ph world best optimal for cutting is the standard epi, trenavar, hdrol.

OP.... Im not sure what your diet is like, but if your not seeing any results with 3-4 days of cardio plus weight lifting
then your diet isn't in check and needs to be reassessed because you should be losing 1-2 pounds per week.

Im close in age to you and the same height, last year I was where you were at trying to cut up.

I suggest you try Dave Polumbo's Cutting Diet.

I did this last year and in 16 weeks went from 194 to 164 while retaining most of my lean mass.
I followed it 6 days per week and ate carbs on Sunday. I modified it slightly to my own liking so
i could follow it for 4 months. (I ate cheese every morning even though Dave recommends no dairy)

I ate 5-6 meals per day
I worked out 5 days per week
I did 30-40 of Low Intensity Cardio 5-6 days per week

LISS is recommended over HIIT to help retain lean mass while on this diet

Actually HIIT would be idealistic

While i agree under normal circumstances that HIIT is ultimately better then LISS,
But for this diet, LISS is the recommended form of cardio.

FROM DAVE:

"The BOTTOM LINE is that low intensity cardio (while you might need more of it) ensures
that fat is utilized and muscle is spared while on my high protein/moderate fat/low carb diet."

To each is their own ;-) I hate liss cardio....

The key there is low carb diet. I might agree that starving ur body from glucose might not work well with HIIT or weight lifting for that matter.
