Suggest me a creatine!

I am not really getting the point of this post???

what I mean by it is that it stated on the label it was ethyl ester creatine, and then after an analysis it supposedely turned out to me just monohydrate, big lawsuit from what I have read.

Just pick one! I mean it wont do anything anyways unless you diet and training are tuned in anyway.

green mag seems to be the most popular on this forum.

Creatine Monohydrate

20gr/day
5gr 1st thing in the morning
5gr Pre-Workout
5gr Post-workout
5gr Before Bed

you dont think thats alot? I mean I wonder what your creatinine levels in your kidneys would look like if you did this for a few months...Im just curious, is this your everyday recommendation or for loading?

Yea maybe a bit high. I have actually had bloodwork done and everything is just peachy.

I do this everyday for about 2-3 months then chill for a week of 2 then jump back on it.

Thanks man. Yea I notice a big difference from just 10gr to 20gr. I suggest everyone atleast try it once (obviously within health concerns).

Im still yet to try green mag, other than samples, so maybe i'll pick some up down the road. Im not real big on pre-workout supps...I usually make my own blend

Green Bulge and Green Mag. worked excellent for me. Just ran out of both a few days ago. However, I am using CGT-10 at the moment and see no decreases in strength. I am starting to think creatine mono works just as well as any other form of creatine.

ive always had great results with Kre-alkalyn. i Started using M5 a few months a go and have enjoyed the progress. i had a nice increase in strength. down side... its expensive. But if you have the money its worth it.

I think its all up to the user, you gotta try a few, spend some $ and find out the right one for you.

I think theres lots of variables too, as noone can truly read a review of a creatine and get concrete evidence because we can never know how a person trains, how their nutrition is, how often they truly workout..etc etc.. just pick one and make sure your diet and trainging are good. They should all work to some degree if this is done.

Definatley true. A lot of people like AEE but I find that time released AAKG is still better for my long training sessions. I don't doubt the science behind CEE, and it is probably great the people who arn't realy burning the creatine they have. But for us balls to the wall people who drain our bodies with each training session, it just doesn't contain enough of the creatine molecule.

the science is flawed, cee converts to creatinine waaayy faster than plain creatine mono, I never noticed it working any better at all, also for me esterfied arginine works beter than AAKG, it just once again show us we all react different.
